Rates for Construction of OHT and Pipe Line Work under Tunwala Water Supply Scheme of Block Raipur, District Dehradun
Construction of Over Head Tank
Supply of all material labour and T&P etc, and to Construct RCC over head tank of 1000 KL capacity over 22 meter high RCC staging from general ground level at site to the floor level of the tank on raft foundation based upon detailed soil investigation report. The free board in the tank shall be kept as 0.15 M. The rates shall also be inclusive of fixing of CI / DI pipes and specials, construction of RCC stair case based on separate columns and two rows of 20 mm dia GI pipe railing with 40x40x5 mm angle iron post along the stair case including MS gate with locking arrangement and all other appurtenant works including construction of floor and one meter wide apron with 15 cm wide PCC semi circular drain all around. RCC stair case from GL to balcony and up to top dome. GI railing (two rows of 20 mm dia pipe railing with 40x40x5 mm angle iron post) on all around the balcony. MS ladder 50x50x6mm from top dome to inside the tank body with proper railing. Ventilator on the top dome, electronic water level indicator, lightening conductor, 0.60 m. wide light pattern square manhole cover on the top dome with locking arrangement. Fixing of vertical and horizontal pipes, fittings and sluice valves including jointing materials complete with chambers as per drawing also including painting 2 coats of apex on all concrete works and painting on all iron and steel works with approved paint and shades by the Engineer In charge along with testing for water tightness. The bearing capacity of the soil is to be taken as 8 + M.T. / Sqm.

Dismantling of Bituminous road during pipe laying including all labour, material, T & P etc. complete. (0.90 m wide& 0.2m Depth)
Excavation of earth for pipe line in following strata lift upto 1.50 m. and lead upto 30.00 m. including refilling, watering, ramming of excavated earth into the trenches and removal of surplus earth upto a distance of 60.00 m. from trenches including supply of labour T&P etc. all complete. It is estimated that 75% excavation will be in soil mixed with shingle, bajari & boulders and rest 25% will be in medium rock. Soil mixed with Shingle, Boulders etc. (1103 X 1.00 X 1.00)
Cartage of following pipes, specials & fittings from site store to the site of works, lowering them into trenches, laying true to alignment & gradient, laying & joining of pipe line including cutting & threading of pipe for making up lengths as required for proper completion of work. (G.I. Medium) MSERW Line Pipe (5.20 / 4.80 mm Thick). Confirming to BIS: IS / ISO 3183 / 2007 250mm
Fixing of the following fittings including cartage of materials labour T&P etc. complete. C.I Sluice Valves PN - 1.0 Plain Ended as per IS - 14846 / 2000 250 mm dia. ( VAG VALVE)
