FINANCIAL BID FOR LOCATION Gaharwada Distt. Satna

I/we hereby offer minimum guarantee period for "Construction, operation and Transfer of ........... MT capacity of godowns on existing Constructed Pakka CAP/Convertible CAP of the MPWLC" for the storage of food grains/coarse grains/ sugar/ paddy etc. including preservation, comprehensive insurance, watch & ward, ancillary facilities such as office room, toilets, water tank, labour, rest shed, electric room, pump room, lorry weigh bridge, computer systems along with internet facility, fire arrangement and associated manpower for all operations connected with the maintenance of these facilities on fixed charges of Rupees 83/- Per MT per Month in the following manners :- For rest of the concession period the godown will be taken on AUB basis. The total concession period will be 10 Years. I/We hereby also agree that the expenses on property tax, minor / major maintenance of roads & buildings, water and electric installation and charges thereof, maintenance of weigh bridge, computer facilities their usage and other charges and as well as other local taxes / statutory charges associated with the operation and facilities provided as per terms of the agreement will be borne by me/us.
