Repairing of Tyco make High Performance Butterfly Valve, Model-K-Lok F-310, Size-6". Scope of Work- 1. Repairing/overhauling of Valve. 2. Hydro Test will be done at 4 Kg/cm² Air Pressure. The broad work scope of repairing of Butterfly Valve shall include, but is not limited to, the followings: 1. Work Location: All repair activities as mentioned below shall be performed at the vendor’s workshop. To & fro transportation of the valves from Plant to vendor’s workshop will be arranged by HBL. 2. Preliminary Inspection and Assessment: The internal components like the spring, spindle, seat, and disc of the valves to be inspected for wear, corrosion, or any other damage. 3. Cleaning of Parts: All the parts to be cleaned thoroughly to remove deposits, scale, and any other contaminants that could affect the valve’s performance. 4.
