REPAIR AND MAINT OF SEWAGE LINE, MANHOLE, SEPTIC TANK, DRAIN AND FENCING AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS IN TECH AREA AT AF STN NALIYA

Systematicaly cleaning and desludging of pipe sewers upto 150mm dia excluding man holes but including gully traps of any size and depth, by passing knots, bamboo, kamti and disc of required size, pumping out liquid waste/ sewage, plugging/ diverting the flow in the drain, if necessary and stacking the removed silt/ sludge in deposits as directed including taking precautionary measures such as safty belts, dry cells, torch for lighting inside the manholes and drain etc, sprinkling bleaching powder on the silt/ sludge to avoid bad smell and disposal of silt outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Measurement shall be the length from manhole to manhole including the wall thickness of manhole.

All as per Item No. 01 above, but dia of sewer exceeding 150mm.

M&L for cleaning existing drainage/ culverts up to 1.50m depth including removing cover slabs, soils, spoils, vegetation, silt etc and refixing cover slabs including making good in cement mortar (1: 6) and removing material outside the MD land complete all as directed and as specified. Note:- Payment shall be made based on stacked measurement of debries removed from drains and culverts etc.

M&L for cleaning and removing the blockage in floor trap, nahani trap, gully trap, WC "P" trap or "S" trap and refixing the same after cleaning the pipe, making good damaged cement joint etc of pipe dia not exceeding 150mm complete all as directed and as specified.

M&L for removing manhole cover of any type/ size/ thickness and cleaning manhole chamber of any shape and size upto 1.5m deep by removing sludge/ mud from manhole and refixing cover in same position/ laid dry including sprinkling antibiotic powder and removing debries outside of MD land complete all as directed and as specified.

M&L for cleaning of septic tank for 50 users including debris/ screen chambers by removing cover slab set in CM of any shape/ thickness and pumping out water sludge mud with suction pumps including cleaning of inlet/ outlet pipes, refixing cover slab in CM (1:3), sprinkling of antibiotic powder etc and dispose mud/ sludge out side MD land complete all as directed and as specified. Note:- Rate quoted is deemed to include the cost of all safty/ protective gears required for workers employed by contracor.

All as per Item No.6 above but for 25 users.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation etc and not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus excavated soil and demilised materials to a distance exceeding 5.0 KM but not exceeding 10.0 KM and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for demolition of 150mm dia bore salt glazed stone ware and RCC drain pipe, jointed in cement mortar including bedding concrete and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for demolition of 300mm dia bore RCC drain pipe jointed in cement mortar including bedding concrete and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for salt glazed stone ware drain pipes, grade 'A', internal dia 150mm, laid to slope in trenches and jointed with cement joint and tested complete as specified and as directed.

M&L for 300mm bore RCC drain pipes, class NP2, laid in trenches and jointed with collars and tested complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for concrete bed to 150mm bore drain pipes including packing under and hunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested in PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for concrete bed to 300mm bore drain pipes including packing under and hunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested, in PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of precast concrete block masonry in walling built in cement mortar in any position and removing of unserviceble debris out side MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete block masonry in cement concrete (1:5:8) with solid blocks exceeding 10cm in width and set in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided and removal unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in coping and benching to manholes including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating with necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast reinforced cement concrete cover slab (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in manhole chamber covers, drain covers, etc of required size and shape, set in cement mortar (1:4) including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

M&L for mild steel TMT (CRS) reinforcement bars 10mm dia and over, as in reinforcement cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick plastering in cement mortar (1:4), mixed with integral water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement as in internal surfaces of manholes and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Supply only WPC shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Supply only integral water proofing compound, ISI markeed of approved make complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down of cement plaster of any description from brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:6) on stone masonry surfces or surfaces other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finishing the surface fair and even complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs vitreous china squatting pan "Orissa Pattern" of size 580x440mm white with back inlet and integral foot rest and anti syphonage pipe including 'P' or 'S' trap without provn of lime concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs vitreous china, semi-pedestal pattern (Anglo Indian type), white (excluding fixing bolts, flushing cistern and flush pipe) including plastic water closet seat, black, closed pattern with flat bottom and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs vitreous china wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern), white, (excluding fixing bolts, flushing cistern and flush pipe), including connection to drain (or out going pipe) and to flushing pipe, anti syphonage pipe etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs, 10 litres capacity PVC valveless syphonic action type, flushing cistern, low level, white, with inlet, ball valve, flush pipe of 32mm dia, float and handle including brackets complete as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles 300x300x7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in epoxy mortar and pointed in white or coloured cement to match match the colour of tiles, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bedding in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for coloured, glazed ceramic liles 300x200x7mm on vertical surfaces, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment, laid over and including backing coat of 10mm thick in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs vitreous china wash hand basin, white, flat back, size 550x400mm (flat back or angle back type) including cutting for and pinning ends of brackets or erecting stand and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Supply only pillar taps, waste fittings, PVC waste pipe and PVC connection shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only pillar tap 15mm bore, cast copper alloy, fancy type, chromium plated, screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No. 63 above but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers, nibs and binders complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc. for fencing, average sectional area exceeding 100 sqcm and not exceeding 250 sqcm with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed rounded or mitred tops and fixed in position complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to RCC fencing post, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. including dismantling of old GI barbed wire fencing of any description from RCC post etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Each line wire shall be measured.

M&L for preparation of old decorated steel surface of any description not exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surface of any description exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 1050mm dia (dia of coil when unstretched) punched tape razor blade galvanised barbed concertina coil (50 Turns per coil) weight approx 15 kg (+/- 5%) expandable 14-15 mtrs, with medium barbs of barb length 24 (+/-1)mm, pitch between two barbs 35 (+/-1)mm, width of barb back to back 13mm, thickness of the tape is 0.5mm, dia of the spring core wire is 2.6mm as fencing to steel post/ struts fixed with nibs including fixing with special galvanised fasteners such as J clips, C clips, U clips, complete all as specifed and as directed by engineer in charge.
