Operation and maintenance of entire HVAC system having centralised plant of 3 Nos. X 350 TR capacity water cooled Centralised AC Plant along with all its related equipments and associated accessories as per the list attached in the Annexure -I of Particular Specifications etc. installed at NITB, in shifts of operation as per the need basis on all days including Sunday and public holidays etc. complete as required as per the terms and conditions of the contract.
Comprehensive maintenance of entire high side and low side HVAC system having centralised plant of 3 Nos. X 350 TR capacity water cooled centrifugal chillers of Carrier Make including supply and fixing / repair / replacement of defective components, supply and charging of oil and refrigerant as and when required, carrying out preventive and breakdown maintenance as per manufacturer's & AAI guidelines, troubleshooting of faults , providing all replacement spares & consumables, maintenance of records/documentation etc as per terms and condtitions of contracts complete as required. Inspection to be carried out through OEM who got manufacturing facility of similar capacity of Chiller as approved by the engineer in charge once in a month for High side system chillers.
