Pulling down the existing U/S wires of any type from concealed wiring carefully of aluminium/copper point wiring (light, fan, bell, socket, power point etc.) with or without conduit, along with all connected accessories such as ceiling rose, switches, sockets, switch boards, fan regulator etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Pulling out sub main wiring only any size of aluminium conductor cable PVC insulated with or without conduit complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for point wiring complete with 1.5 Sqmm single core multistranded copper conductor FRLSH PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade ISI marked drawn through and including PVC CASING & CAPPING INCLUDING accessories etc including fixed to wall/ceiling including provision of 1.5 sqmm single core multistranded copper conductor FRLSH PVC insulated and unsheathed as earth wire continuity with PVC surface box complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge for :-

Labour only for attending emergent complaints i.e no light ,earth leakage,short circuit,neutral break,mains/submain/internal circuit of existing system of main building/block,making continious electric supply including carrying out minor repairs etc as required to make the system in order/functional including replacing fuse wire,copper cable,copper thimbles,glands,earthing wire complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- 1.Rate of Fuse wire,copper cable of size 1.5,2.5,4 Sqmm upto 3 RM,copper thimbles,glands,earthing wire are deemed to be inquoted rate of this items. 2.Minimum One electrician to be present daily in working hours during the contract period,if found absent Rs-600 per day will be deducted. 3. Contractor shall deploy 01 electrician from 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM (except holiday) to attend the compaints. 4. Electrician shall report to concerned JE after 05:00 PM to give report of clerance of complaints.
