Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Its whole responsible of consultancy to visit the Sites of all taluks at their Own Expenses & Risk in the presence of Concerned Staff of department

Before visiting the Sites, Consultancy should collect the data where DPR is to be prepare (regarding Grama Panchayaths/villages) from concerned RDWS&S Sub division Office.

The design engineering team should make sure that they visit the villages and GP along with the team to have a first-hand understanding of the villages and the GP cluster and existing structures in the villages..

Topographical survey of the site : The hired engineering consultancy firm shall conduct or organise to conduct topographical survey of the site using total station at their own expenses.

The selected engineering consultancy should prepare prescribed format 1 and format 2 for and submit to sub division office before submission of dprs.(attached in this document)

The selected engineering consultancy should submit the Dprs with in 60 days from the date of issue of work order.

Its whole responsible of consultancy to get wetting from concerened agency as per direction of department and take approval for prepared dprs from KMERC office Banglore along with RWS sub divions staff.

No part payment should be made before approval of dprs from KMERC.

After getting approval for dprs , consultancy should submit required hard copies to divion office as per executive engineer instruction.

The GWMDPRs should be prepared for all the villages of all Grama panchayaths of Chitradurga,Hosadurga,Holalkere and Molakalmuru Taluks i.e., 116 Grama panchayaths

The firm should ensure to exclude works which are already executed and also the works/surveys considered in other department dprs

The firm is responsible to get the approval of dpr from concerned state / central subsidiaries

The payment for the firm will be made excluding GST

No part payment should be made before approval of dprs from KMERC office once the dprs get approved then only payment will be made as per guidelines.If dprs are not approved from kmerc authority then department is not responsible to make any payments to the consultancy.

Technical Criteria

Past Experience

The firm must have minimum experience of previous 5 years in providing engineering consultancy services in preparing DPRs of similar nature of works by any State / Central Government departments.

Work Done Certificate

The firm should have minimum annual financial turnover of Rs.100 Lakhs in any 2 years in last 5 years certified from Chartered Accountant with valid UDIN Number

Work Done Certificate

Should have provided Consultancy services in preparing the DPRs of similar nature of works works for at least One Assignments in last five years in any State Government/Central Government departments of value not less than Rs.25.00 Lakhs.
