EXECUTION OF RURAL PIPED WATER SUPPLY SCHEME TO VILLAGE CHHOTAKUNJARI UNDER JHARABANDH BLOCK

Supplying all labour,T&P etc for Construction of RCC Intake Well of size 3.00 mtrs inner diametre , 13.00 mtrs height (Below GL 10.00 mtrs and above GL 3.00 mtrs ) ,wall thickness 0.25 mtrs of RCC work M -25 , 0.15 mtrs RCC cover slab on the top of the RCC intake well and Laying of infitration Gallery 36.00 mtrs (Blank Pipe -6.00 mtrs & 30.00 mtrs slotted pipe of 200 mm dia PVC pipe ) as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying all materials, labour, T&P, design, drawing ,soil testing etc. complete in all respect for construction of RCC Roof building Pump House of Size 3.00x3.00 1.00 no and construction of Compound wall for Pump House 60.00 mtrs length and including laying, testing and commissioning of Rising main & Distribution system pipe line such as HDPE, G.I pipe lines etc along with required fittigs & specials and construction of Brick Work Sluice valve chamber, public stand post ,FHTC , storage tank, etc. etc. as per suppied Drawingin in Section-7 and detail scope of work & technical specification, quantity of work mentioned in Section-5 and in (Annexure-A to E) of Village CHHOTAKUNJARI.All materials required shall be supplied by the Contractor as per terms and condition of DTCN & all dimensions are as per supplied drawings and as per direction of Engineer in Charge . All work shall be completed in such a manner that all house hold of entire village will get required quantity of drinking water with residual head of 7m and residual chlorine of 0.2mg/ltr without any leakge in the entire PWS system

Design, Drawing, Construction, testing & commissioning of 70 KL Capacity RCC elevated storage reservoir with 15.00 mtr. Staging,(Circular type with speherical dome) with provision of RCC Stair case and Stain less steel hand railing Iincluding supplying and fixing of CI Pipe in inlet, outlets, washout and overflow pipes, CI Sluice valves with chamber and fittings,water level indicator, lightening arrester ,Stain less steel ladder inside the Tank with required ancillary works and weather coat with one coat primer in the out sde of ESR as per detailed scope of work & technical specification mentioned in Section-5 and in Annexure-A including testing of soil etc complete for Rural Piped Water Supply to village CHHOTAKUNJARI under JHARBANDH Block in the district of Bargarh etc.complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

The contractor shall maintain the PWS project for Five (5) calendar years from the completion date of defect liability period of one year in such a manner that all the house hold of the PWS Scheme covered area will get (adequate) required quantity of supply water taking supply hour as 8 hour/day without facing any problem.The contractor shall repair and replace any types of defect arise within 24 hr of receipt of complaint either from public or from Department . The contractor shall maintain all structure of the PWS schemes as per terms and conditions of DTCN & technical specification mentioned in Section-5.
