COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS TO CENTRAL AC PLANT AND MISC CONNECTED ITEMS INSTALLED AT 2403 C FLT AT AF STATION NALIYA

Removing/taking out the existing unserviceable cable from the trenches of any size (of size 300 sqmm 3.5 core) and description and Supply and laying ,connecting in repairs new XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cable with multi stranded aluminium conductors, 1100V grade, laid in trenches / ducts / through GI pipe / fixed to poles, including jointing & testing complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Excavation earthwork, cable covers, sand cushioning and GI protection pipe shall be measured and paid separately.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil, for under ground electric cable, pipes etc all as directed and specified. Note : (i) Authorised width & depth shall only be excavated, measured and paid as specified in clause 3.2.3 of SSR part II and 19.74.1 of SSR part I for cable/pipe laying portion. (ii) Serviceable PCC /RCC cable cover obtained during excavation shall be stacked separately carefully without any extra cost to the Deptt.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25cm thick each complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M & L for river bed fine sand in trenches/ ducts 15 cm under cable and 8 cm above the cable for cushioning/protection to cable including spreding, levelling , watering and get thick 18cm after hand punning complete all as specified and directed at site.

Supplying & laying in repairs un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV,Type 2, flat, size 300 x 180 x 40 mm abutting each other with gap between adjacent slab not exceeding 10mm; over under ground cable for protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying galvanised steel water tubing, light grade, IS-1239 marked with all fittings (IS marked) and laid in trenches / under roads / in drains / fixed to poles/walls ( with required size flat iron clamp bolts, nuts and washers ) pipes of the size 50 mm bore complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix contactor in repairs for starter of 3 Phase 440 Volts operating coil voltage 230/440 Volts Siemens 3TS51 model for AC plant voltas Make.

Supply and fix in repairs V-belts type A-23 model suitable for CSU motors for AC plant Make; Fenner/ Dunlop or equivalent

Supply and fix in repairs V-belts type B-62 model suitable for AHU motors for AC plant Make; Fenner/ Dunlop or equivalent

Supply & Fix Cartridge for Canon Coloured Printer including minor repairs (Modle no- F156500 Sr no MTTA 500368) installed at Power house control room at TP-III all as directed. (Four nos of cartridge –Y, Magenta,Cyan,Black)

M&L for repair / replacement of GI Base Frame Channel/Angle type of size 20x25x6 mm of CSU (Size-1.5mtrx1mtr Approx) and 1mm GI sheet frame of size approx 2.5 Sqm (inside of Ceiling suspended unit 3 TR capacity) for holding the FRP/PVC air filter including black enamel paint with one coat primer all as directed by EIC

M & L for Servicing, greasing and alignment of AHU/CSU motors and pullies installed at AF Stn Naliya all as directed by EIC

Supply & Fix sensor of Humidity and temp at TP-III all as directed Make-Honey well operating on DC volts all as per existing Make and model.

Repairs , servicing , cleaning and descaling with the help of diluted Acid of heat exchanger for hot water & cold water installed in CSU (Ceiling suspended unit) of 3TR capacity including minor repair and parts as nut bolt brazing/welding etc for any leakage observed all as directed by EIC

S & F in replacement MCCB of capacity 400Amp, 36kA, 4 pole, 415 Volts, with adjustable thermal and fixed magnetic relay, as per existing make to accommodate in electric LT Panel with all necessary connections complete all as specified and directed.
