Primary Surge Protection: Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of 100 kA, 3 phase Surge Divertor with neutral protection, 4 Mode Poroection using single block metal oxide varistor in pre-wired IP55 grade metal enclosure with voltage protection level < 1.5 KV shall be provided on the mains power entry point in compliance with IEC 61643 Standards complete with sensing circuit, potential free contacts, necessary indications and alarm for Essential / non essential Panel. To be connected in parellel at the essential and non essential panel as per site requirement. (Model:TERCEL/IS100SD or its equivalent)

SECONDERY PROTECTION: Supply and fixing of Multi Stage Series Power Filter (MSSPF) 32 Amps 1 Phase, 2 wire with neutral protection and built in MOV based surge diverter of 40kA at Input and 25kA rating at load side prewired in IP55 grade Powder coated metal enclosure with 32Amps MCB, service change over switch, complete with sensing circuit, potential free contacts and necessary indicators and alarms connected in series with 2x 5 KVA UPS input complete as per site requirement. (Model:TERCEL ISO PULSE IP32H1 or its equivalent)

EQUIPMENT LEVEL PROTECTION:- Supply and fixing of 120KA Surge protection device against the protection from Noises, ESD, EPR and abnormal electrical characteristics which enter from power and other service lines and ensuring clear bonding potential (earth to Neutral voltage) less than 1.0V to be connectedin parallel to the circuit, Confirming to CE, tested and certified as per latest certification IEC-61643-1 in Pre-wired metal enclosure with pulverulent body painting including all accessories as per site requirement.( Model No: Ground make LM-13-20 or its equivalent)

Supply and fixing of Earth Bonding water proof junction Box as per site requirement.

Supply of 1.1KV grade Copper cable of size 1 Core X 35 Sq.mm., XLPE Insulated, Unarmoured, PVC sheathed confirming to IS 7098( Part-I) 1988 with upto date amendments etc., complete as per site requirement.

Supply of 1.1KV grade Copper cable of size 1 Core X 16 Sq.mm., XLPE Insulated, Unarmoured, PVC sheathed confirming to IS 7098( Part-I) 1988 with upto date amendments etc., complete as per site requirement.

Supplying and fixing 6 way,Three pole and neutral, sheet steel IP 43 Vertical double door MCB distribution board, 415 volts, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as per site requirement. (C&S Model: CSDBTPNVPEDD06 or equivalent)

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 1 loop 4 Zone conventional for 30 devices Fire Alarm Control Panel with battery charger, 2 Nos. of Sealed maintenance free batteries(each 12V, 7AH) along with Auto-dialer unit complete as required.

Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of Optical smoke detector with builtin LED and mounting base complete with all connections etc. as required.

Supply and Laying of following size solid copper condutor, XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed/XLPE armoured control copper cable of 650/1100V grade as per IS 7098(Part-1) 1988 and laying in surface/ recessed steel conduit complete as required. (a) 2C x 1.5 Sq.mm

Supply of 20 W LED batten type T5 tubelight for surface,Al. housing with frosted PMMA/PC diffuser, High transmissitivity Elegant and sleek designed LED Batten etc complte as required. (Similar to BAJAJ make LEDBCLAB20W or equivalent).

Supply of 30W LED Street Light Fitting suitable for operate on 240V, 50Hz, AC Supply housed in pressure Die-Cast/Extruded Aluminium Alloy, Toughened glass with IP65/66 protection suitable for fixing on pole etc. complete as required. The Fitting shall have separate compartment for LEDs & electronic driver, operating voltage 140-270 V with Surge Protection of 4KV. (similiar to BAJAJ model No. BCLST 30W LED)

Installation, testing and commissioning of pre-wired,LED street fitting with 1.5 mtr length , 25mm GI pipe Class B with suitable bend of all types,complete with all accessories etc. directly on wall, including clamps,connections with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable and earthing etc.as required.

Supply and fixing 20 Amps, 240 Volts, SPN Industrial Type, Socket Outlet, with 2 pole and earth, metal enclosed plug top alongwith 20 amps “C” curve, SP, MCB, in sheet steel enclosure, on surface or in recess, with chained metal cover for the socket out let and complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 4P, 100A, 25 KA rating and breaking capacity MCCB with thermo magnetic release and terminal spreaders in existing cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc.as required.

Earthing with GI earth pipe 4.5 meter long ,40 mm dia including accessories and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangemnt and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required.
