Providing and applying tack coat using bitumen emulsion conforming to IS:8887, using emulsion pressure distributer including preparing the surface &cleaning with mechanical broom with rapid setting bitumen emulsion (RS-1) on bituminous surface @ 0.25kg/sqm. (Zero point Twenty five kilogramme per squre meter ) including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rate is including octroi, royality, toll tax, or other taxes imposed by the government excluding GST.

Construction of penetration macadam over prepared base by providing a layer of compacted crushed coarse aggregate using chips spreader with alternate applications of bituminous binder and key aggregates and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller to achieve the desired degree of compaction as per Technical Specification ,2004Clause 506, 50mm(Fifty milimetre ) thick with bitumen V.G-10)(Viscosity grade ten).including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rate is including octroi, royality, toll tax, or other taxes imposed by the government excluding GST.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete 30 mm (Thirty milimrtre) thick with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ (viscosity grade thirty)5.5% (Five point Five per cent) of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects. including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rate is including octroi, royality, toll tax, or other taxes imposed by the government excluding GST.
