Day-to-day preventive and corrective maintenance, coupled with round-the-clock vigilance, for the entire Addressable Fire-Detection & Alarm System installed at Super Speciality Block, PMSSY Building. This comprehensive approach includes periodic checking, testing, cleaning, repairing, and troubleshooting of all types of detectors, manual call points, hooters, main control panels, response indicators, and other ancillary elements in the complete system. The maintenance is to be carried out by deploying a minimum of 01 (one) Skilled Fire Alarm Technician in each shift, possessing sound knowledge of fire detection systems and capable of operating and maintaining fire alarm control panels round the clock in accordance with Part A: Scope of Work, Part B: Time Schedule with Name & Allocation of The Buildings within Maintenance Coverage and Part C: General Terms & Conditions of Contract furnished in the Annexure. [one (1) skill person three (3) shift per day in all weekdays, Saturday, Sunday & Holidays]

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commisioning of Micropresssor controlled Addressable Multisensor Detector IP-42 ( VDS / UL / ERTL / LPCB / FM approved ) with inbuilt twin angle optical smoke sensors and heat detector sensor with inbuilt short circuit fault isolator as per NFPA style 7 wiring complete with base (Note : Detectors without built-in fault isolator is also acceptable provided one independent short circuit fault isolator per detector is to be provided extra without extra cost) the detectors should have built in response indicator with LED indicator. The detector should have 360 degree optical view with single / multiple LED that blinks on actuation of detector. Reverse polarity or faulty zone wiring shall not damage the detectors. (Approved Make : Honeywell or same as existing detector brand approved by EIC )

Supply and installation of glass protection cover of existing Addressable Manual Call Point with in built fault isolator in replacement of old damaged one.

Supply, Installation,Testing & Commisioning of Addressable Manual Call Point ( VDS / UL / ERTL/ LPCB / FM approved ) with in built short circuit fault isolator as per NFPA style 7 wiring complete as required. (Approved Make : Honeywell or same as existing detector brand approved by EIC )

Supply, Installation,Testing & Commisioning of Addressable Loop Powered Hooter (sound output of minimum 90 dB) cum strobe (strength of light 10 cd) complete with in built short circuit fault isolator as per NFPA style 7 wiring complete as required (VDS/UL/ERTL/LPCB / FM approved ). (Approved Make : Honeywell or same as existing detector brand approved by EIC )

Supply and installation of 12 Volt 7Ah capacity VRLA Battery of Lead Acid, Sealed Maintenance Free (SMF) and conforming to relevant IS Specification with Low / High Battery Voltage and Weak Battery warning [ Make- Exide or equivalent model of Amaron / Luminous ] for the existing fire alarm control panel in replacement of old defective one.

Supply, Installation,Testing & Commisioning of LED type Response Indicator ( VDS / UL / ERTL/ LPCB / FM approved ) having 2 Nos. Red Coloured LED lamps including connections etc. (Approved Make : Honeywell Make or same as existing brand approved by EIC )

Supply & Laying of 2 Core 1.5 sq.mm FRLS shielded Copper Cable (For Loop) ( Make. Finolex / Gloster / RR Kable / Polycab ) through 19 mm dia PVC 'FR' MMS type Rigid Conduit pipe & shaddles with all necessary arrangement as per G.S. (Make : Precision) on the surface of the wall.
