COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE OF B/R AND E/M INCLUSIVE WELCOME MAINT AT 308 TRU AT AF STN BHUJ

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for 25mm thick cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base floors all as specified and directed.

M&L for mat finish coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.11Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 03 above but on vertical surfaces such as in skirting and dados laid over 10 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.06sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed.

M &L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces such as in skirting and dados 350x250x7mm/450x350x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 all as specified and directed.

M &L for 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite.

Supply and fix in repairs 25 mm bore stainless steel heavy duty drapery rod (curtain rod) including all fittings and fixers , cut to length and fix in position including decorative type FINIALS (bracket) colored finish, of approved pattern complete as per sample.

Removing building materials etc (other than spoil payable under item No 03028 to 03031 in Section 3 earthwork of SSR Part II) to a distance exceeding 1.0 Km but not exceeding 1.5 Km beyond the lead included in the rates, incluing loaing, unloaing and stacking at the destination complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- one metric tonne shall mean one load Refer preamble of SSR item No 21055.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls or PCC block walling, roof including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc.
