Service charge in percentage for following works

(A) Security supervisor at State Archeological Museum Security supervisor (Ex-serviceman) at State Archeological Museum by engaging at least 3 (three) skilled man power having sufficient technical knowledge of concerned field for Monitoring and surveillance of the entire Museum complex including Garden & CCTV for the term of three years.Monthly minimum wages as notified / revised time to time by the Labour Department, Government of West Bengal will be paid. The present rate of minimum wages vides Order No.311/Stst/2RW/17/94/LCS/JLC dtd.27.12.19 of Labour Deptt. is furnished below : Each Skilled- Rs. 10,104/- (for 26 days) [ Daily : Rs. 389/-]. For duty on weekly-off days, double of the daily rate will be paid. (B) Security guard at State Archeological Museum Security guard at State Archeological Museum by engaging at least 8 (eight) un-skilled man power having sufficient technical knowledge of concerned field for Monitoring and surveillance of the entire Museum complex including Garden & CCTV for the term of three years. Monthly minimum wages as notified / revised time to time by the Labour Department, Govt. of West Bengal will be paid. For duty on weekly-off days, double of the daily rate will be paid. (C) General worker at State Archeological Museum General worker at State Archeological Museum by engaging at least 6 (six) un-skilled man power having sufficient technical knowledge of concerned field for running & maintenance of SAM and its entire premises including Garden for the term of three years. Monthly minimum wages as notified / revised time to time by the Labour Department, Govt. of West Bengal will be paid. (D) Photographer at State Archeological Museum Photographer (Graduate & Diploma in Photography) at State Archeological Museum by engaging at least 1 (one) highly skilled man power having sufficient technical knowledge of concerned field for Photographic documentation & maintenance of archives for the term of three years. Monthly minimum wages as notified / revised time to time by the Labour Department, Govt. of West Bengal will be paid. The present rate of minimum wages vides order No.311/Stst/2RW/17/94/LCS/JLC dtd.27.12.19 of Labour Deptt. is furnished below : Each Highly skilled- Rs. 11,113/- (for 26 days) [ Daily: Rs. 427/-]. For duty on weekly-off days, double of the daily rate will be paid. (E) Housekeeping staff at State Archeological Museum Housekeeping staff at State Archeological Museum by engaging at least 2 (two) unskilled man power having sufficient technical knowledge of concerned field for Sweeping & Cleaning the entire Museum Complex including garden for the term of three years. Monthly minimum wages as notified / revised time to time by the Labour Department, Govt. of West Bengal will be paid. (F) Computer Operator at State Archeological Museum Computer Operator at State Archeological Museum by engaging at least 1 (one) semi-skilled man power having sufficient technical knowledge of concerned field for Data entries & other documentation work for the term of three years. Monthly minimum wages as notified / revised time to time by the Labour Department, Govt. of West Bengal will be paid. For duty on weekly-off days, double of the daily rate will be paid. (G) Modeling Assistant at State Archeological Museum Modeling Assistant (At least 5(five) years working experience for modeling work in any reputed organization) at State Archeological Museum by engaging at least 1 (one) semi-skilled man power having sufficient technical knowledge of concerned field to assist Model Unit for preparation of replica & other jobs related to Museum for the term of three years. Monthly minimum wages as notified / revised time to time by the Labour Department, Govt. of West Bengal will be paid. (H) Support Staff for Modelling Unit at State Archeological Museum Support staff for Modeling Unit at State Archeological Museum by engaging at least 1 (one) unskilled man power having sufficient technical knowledge of concerned field to assist the modelling unit for the term of three years. Monthly minimum wages as notified / revised time to time by the Labour Department, Govt. of West Bengal will be paid. (I) Heavy vehicle driver at State Archeological Museum Heavy Vehicle Driver having ten years’ experience on heavy vehicle at State Archeological Museum by engaging at least 1 (one) highly skilled man power having sufficient technical knowledge of concerned field for take care for Movement of Mobile Museum Bus including day to day reporting to In-Charge of SAM for the term of three years. Monthly minimum wages as notified / revised time to time by the Labour Department, Govt. of West Bengal will be paid. (J) Guide Lecturer at State Archeological Museum Guide Lecturer at State Archeological Museum by engaging at least 1 (one) highly skilled man power having sufficient technical knowledge of concerned field to act as Guide for Mobile Museum Bus & SAM for the term of three years. Monthly minimum wages as notified / revised time to time by the Labour Department, Govt. of West Bengal will be paid. The present rate of minimum wages vides order No.311/Stst/2RW/17/94/LCS/JLC dtd.27.12.19 of Labour Deptt. is furnished below : Each highly skilled- Rs. 11,113/- (for 26 days) [ Daily: Rs. 427/-]. For duty on weekly-off days, double of the daily rate will be paid. (K) Helper cum assistant at State Archeological Museum Helper cum assistant having experience at least 5 years at State Archeological Museum by engaging at least 1 (one) unskilled man power having sufficient technical knowledge of concerned field for Regular sweeping & cleaning of Mobile Museum Bus and taking care of Bus for the term of three years. Monthly minimum wages as notified / revised time to time by the Labour Department, Govt. of West Bengal will be paid. (L) Monument Attendance at State Archeological Museum Monument Attendance at State Archeological Museum by engaging at least 3 (three) unskilled man power having sufficient technical knowledge of concerned field for Monitoring and surveillance of Archaeological excavated site at Moghalmari, Dantan, Dist. Paschim Medinipur for the term of three years. Monthly minimum wages as notified / revised time to time by the Labour Department, Govt. of West Bengal will be paid. (M) Lab Assistant at State Archeological Museum Lab Assistant having Master degree in Museology & 2 years’ experience in Conservation work at Laboratory at State Archeological Museum by engaging at least 1 (one) highly skilled man power having sufficient technical knowledge of concerned field for Chemical Conservation of Antiquities at SAM for the term of three years. Monthly minimum wages as notified / revised time to time by the Labour Department, Govt. of West Bengal will be paid. Monthly service charge in percentage on total billing amount of monthly wages as derived by aggregating wages of para (A), (B), (C), (D), (E), (F), (G), (H), (I), (J), (K), (L) and (M) is to be quoted. CGST and SGST will be paid at the rate in force at the time of raising bill by the successful bidder
