E/M PORTION

M & L for drilling of 01 No pilot/trial bore by direct rotary rig method including all T & P through any kind of strata (soil, kankar, boulder or soft or hard rock) down up to 150m depth below ground level by using 215 mm dia drilling bit including the cost of mud pit, channels etc and disposal of soil obtained to a distance not exc. 1 km away complete all as directed. Note: (i) The drilling shall be continued up to specified depth and in case sticky clay occurs in between, the drilling must be stopped and Hydrologist of GWS & SB shall be contacted & Engr-in-Charge shall be informed. Cost of this consultation shall be borne by contractor. (ii) After completion of pilot bore, the contractor shall have to arrange for electro logging of each bore (water logging test with electro logging equipment which shall be measured and paid as separate item under this schedule). Reaming work should not be started in any case without electro logging of bore.

M & L for water logging test with electro logging equipment & required machinery for ascertaining / logging aquifers encountered in bore well and arranging and defining the water availability test giving test report of Geohydrologist from Govt. approved laboratory recommending water bearing zones, TDS of water etc. complete as directed by E.I.C. Note: The contractor shall submit electro-logging result with recommended bore assembly details in duplicate for approval of GE.

(b) The following information shall be furnished by the contractor on completion of the tubewell:- (i)Total depth of tubewell drilled, (ii)Strata chart of the tubewell indicating different type of soil formations met with at different depths and indicating the depth of each type of soil formation, (iii) Samples of strata collected, neatly packed and correctly marked in sample bays, (iv) Position of every joint in well assembly, (v) Method used for development, (vi) Total hours of development done, (vii) Developed discharge in L.P.S., (viii) Discharge is totally sand free or presence of sand particles is there, (ix) P.P.M. and turbidity after development, (x) Pumping water level at developed discharge, (xi) Static water level. The cost of above scope shall deemed to be included in quoted rate. (c) The tenderer shall note that the work is of a specialist nature and shall be got executed by engaging specialist bore well construction agency who have past experience of successfully executing tube well works and have all the necessary equipment. The contractor shall get the bore well agency approved in writing from the GE before execution/commencement of the work.

S&F in replacemet Triple pole and earth encolsure with a three pin and earth plug with socket complete with one triple pole MCB of capacity 63 Amps all as directed by EIC.

Supply and fix in replacemet LED street light fitting 70 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix in replacemet LED flood light 70 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & fix in replacemet LED lights fitting 1x 20W, 220V, AC decorative box type with driver, holder including LED tube light connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down carefully of Ducted Split AC unit 11 TR with Scroll Compressor, Microprosser based, LCD based remote control unit with ODU - 02 No. in Paylod Bldg left Side and right side and refixing at ground floor with the help of angle iron frame including wiring, Ref gas R-22 charging (if less), copper piping and connected wiring/cabling etc commisioning and testing complete including internal ducting minor repair and maintenance .
