INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION
S & F for wall mounted LED box type tube light fitting 4' x 20 watts industrial commercial interior batten for surface mounted, anodized extruded aluminium housing, high transmissitivity diffuser, high lumen ouput box type fitting, 230 volts and intregrated electronic driver connector block etc with warranty of 5 years from date of installation complete with all accessories internally pre wired and necessary mounting arrangements, provision of new 3 core multistranded copper conductor of size 23/0.193 from ceiling rose to fitting complete all as specified and as directed.
EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION
Supply, Installation, Commissioning and testing of Transformer of capacity 1000 KVA, confirming to IS 1180 (Part-1)- 2014 with latest amendment No. 4, BEE 3 star rated, EEL 3 (energy efficiency level) , step down outdoor type complete with standard fittings, HT 11 KV 3 phase, LT 433 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire 17 position On Load tap changer of rating (+)10% to (-)10% in steps @ 1.25% each by means On load tap changing gear (OLTC)+ Remote Tap Cubical Changer (RTCC) Panel+ Automatic Voltage Regulator transformer copper wound, double wound, oil immersed naturally cooled with external cooling tubes core type delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector symbol Dyn -11 (vector group with neutral brought on secondary side (LV side) and the maximum temperature rises should not exceed 40 degree centigrade in oil and 45 degree centigrade in HV/LV winding ring measured by resistance after continuous full load run in ambient temp as per IS -2026 per transformer, IS-3639 for fitting & accessories, IS-2099 for high voltage porcelain bushings and the transformer shall be comprised with the following standard fitting with on load tappings on HT side to vary secondary voltage within limit all as per IS -1180 complete all as specified and as directed wit latest policy for following:- (i) Three Nos porcelain bushing suitable for 11 KV on HV side, complete with copper rods, nuts and washers with cable end box.
(ii) Four Nos porcelain bushing suitable for 433V on LV side, complete with copper rods, nuts and washers with cable end box. (iii) Monogram plate. (iv) Oil conservator with filter and drain plug. LT Panel shall be mounted on 50 x 50 x 6 mm size MS angle iron frame duly painted with two coats of black bituminus paint over a coat of red oxide primer including PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) foundation of suitable size. Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Diesel Engine driven generating set of capacity 500 KVA, 3 Phase, 4wire, 415 Volts, 1500 RPM, 50 Hz power supply with power factor 0.8 coupled directly to alternator mounted on a common base plate complete with integral acoustic enclosure having silent features such as modular bolted construction with fabrication on imported CNC torret punch machines, nine tank treatment process with pure polyster based powder coating to ensure long life in all weather conditions and for out door application/ installation, integrated design there by facilitating / easy handling installation & shifting of the equipment at site. The design of integral acoustic enclosure should be any type approved by national Physical laboratory as per Central Pollution Control Board for latest norms/ regulation and lowest exhaust emissions meets with new generation with CRDI STD of CPCB-IV+, ISO 8728/ Noise pollution norms of MoEF & certified by ARAI, Pune with fuel tank, battery and standard accessories, acoustic enclosure, vibration pad, tools and spare,as provided by manufacturer, PCC foundation as per OEM all as specified and as directed with the following specifications :-
(A) ENGINE :- (a) Engine shall be Water cooled diesel engine of suitable capacity to match the 500 KVA, alternator under NTP conditions with prime rating as per ISO 8728, provision of 10% over load provision shall be available for intermittent periods confirming to BS-5514/ ISO 3046. The Engine shall consist of following :- (i) Fly wheel (ii) Close coupling (iii) Cooling fan (iv) Radiator with guard and water pump engine mounted (v) Battery charging alternator (vi) Air cleaner heavy duty dry type (vii) Fuel injection pump (FIP) (viii) Radiator fan (blower type) with guard
(ix) Precision governor (x) Fuel filter (xi) Lubricating oil fiters (mounted) (xii) 12 Volts self regulating alternator belt driven by engine (xiii) Exhaust silencer heavy duty residential type (xiv) Corrosion resister / scale inhabitor (xv) Starter 12 Volts DC (xvi) Lubricating oil cooler (xvii) Lubricating oil pump (gear type) (xviii) Exhaust piping as per manufacturer design."
(B) BRUSHLESS ALTERNATOR :- (i) Alternator coupled to engine through a flexible coupling to an indigenous alternator mounted on strong steel fabricated base frame suitable for mounting on a permanent foundation. Brush less alternator shall be confirming to BS 5000 or relevant of IS-4722. (ii) Type :- Self excited self regulated with automatic voltage regulator (iii) Rating:-500 KVA at 0.8 PF lagging 4 pole horizontal at NTP condition (iv) Speed - 1500 RPM (v) System -415 Volts - 2.5% AC 3 phase 4 wire 50 Hz (vi) Connection - 4 wire star connection (vii) Enclosure - Screen projected drip proof (viii) Ventilation - Self ventilated (ix) Insulation - Insulation, Class H, IP-23
(C) CONTROL PANEL : The Control Panel shall be manufactured with 14/16 guage CRCA sheet duly powder coated for a weather proof and long lasting finish. The Control Panel shall consist the following parts :- (i) PSO 500 Controller :- Aluminium Bas Bars with suitable capacity with incomming/ outgoing terminals - Indicating Lamps for "Load On" and "Set Running" - MCCB of suitable rating with overload and short circuit protections. (ii) PS O500: Genset Controller :- Control microprocessor based Generator set monitoring and control system. The control shall provide a simple operator interface to the Gererator set, manual and remote start / stop control, shutdown fauit indication and an LCD hour counter. The integration of all function into a single control system provides enhanced reliabity periormance compared to conventional generater set control system. The control shall be designed and tested to meet harsh environment in which gensets are typically applied.
(c) Engine Starting :- The control system supports automatic engine starting, primary and backup start disconnects are achieved by battery charging alternator feedback or main alternator output frequency. (d) Controller provide configurable time delay of 0-30 sec to start after remote start signal and time delay of 0-60 secs prior to shutdown after stop signal. (e) Sleep mode increase battery life. Configurable current setting from low to minimize current draw when genset is not working. (vii) Enigne Protective Functions includes :- (a) High engine water tempreature warning/ shutdown (b) Low coolant temp warning (c) Sensor failure indication (d) Low and high battery voltage warning (e) Weak battery warning (f) Fail to start shut down (g) Cranking lockout : Control will not allow the starter to engage or to crank the running engine (h) Cyclic cranking: Configurable for the number of starting cycle (1 to 7) and duration of crank and rest periods.
(D) Sub Base Fuel tank:- 14 SWG MS Sheet and capacity to hold diesel sufficient for running 08 hours at full load including following- (i) Level indicator on fuel tank (ii) Drain Plug (iii Piping for fuel tank as per manufacturer design. (iv) Fuel stainer (v) Air vent, Fuel tank shall be mounted as per manufacturers instruction (b) Battery : As provide by OEM (E) Base Plate :- Fabricated out of MS Channels ISMC of suitable size for fixing DG Set all as specified by the manufacturers (Necessary permission / certificate from Central State Pollution Control Board shall be accomplished with DG Set) CPCB-IV. (F) Foundation:- PCC Foundation not less than 6.0 mtr (L) x 2.5 mtr (B) and 0.3 mtr (H) above ground) to be provided or as per OEM recommendations complete all as specified and as directed.
(G) AMF Panel :- Indoor type AMF Panel made upto of 2.0 mm thick CRCA sheet power coated complete including following:- (i) Main switch gear 800 Amps 4 Pole, 50 KA, 415 Volts AC ACB Draw out type and suitable spreader links -01 Nos (ii) Mains control gear 800 Amps 4 Pole, AC1 240 VAC contractor - 01 No (iii) Mains metering with RYB indication LED with necessary internal wiring of suitable size and din type connector and terminal connectors (iv) DG Swtich gear 800 Amps 4 Pole, 36 KA, 415VAC MCCB with rotary handle and suitable spreader links - 01 Nos (v) Mains control gear 800 Amps 4 Pole, AC 240VAC contactor - 01 Nos (vi) DG metering with RYB indication LED with necessary internal wiring of suitable size and din type connector and terminal connectors (vii) common metering with RYB LED indication LED with necessary internal wiring of suitable size and din type connector and terminal connectors
CHEMICAL EARTHING
M & L for maintenance free Chemical earthing of technology 3 mtr long 25.0 mm dia with 250-micron Copper coating and UL listed. There should be terminal for connection of 150 x 50 x 6 mm with 4 holes of 12 mm dia along with 2 bags of 25 Kgs each of earth enhancing compound. The chemical compound should be tested and certified by any NABL accredited laboratory with 95 percent carbon content. The testing laboratory should be an ISO 9001 and 14001 certified. The earth enhancing compound should be IEC 62321. The ph value of compound should be 7-8. Electrode should be duly tested and certified by CPRI, Govt of India for a min short circuit current of 25 kA rms for 1 Sec. including necessary boring of suitable dia upto required depth in any type of soil for inserting copper rod and filling of chemicals and Poly plastic pit cover of material- polymer body & cover dimensions- 308 mm (L) x 308 mm (W) x 214 mm (H) bearing capacity 7.5 Ton approved from NABL approved Lab complete all as specified and as directed.
Note:- (i) Earthing is to be done in presence of the Engr-in-Charge. (ii) Test Results of earthing to be submitted by the contractor for all earthings. (iii) The Contractor shall have to give written guarantee for maintenance earth resistance of less than 1.0 Ohm for the period of 10 (ten) years after certified date of completion and shall bdeposited 2000/- per earthing as security deposit for a period of Ten (10) Years. (iv) Failing to maintain resistance of earthing less than 01.0 ohm , new earthing to be provided by the contractor with out any extra cost. (v) Necessary earth work, excavation shall be carried out in any type of soil strata, retuning, filling in and making good surronding area complete and rate quoted shall include this cost. (vi) Connected GI earth strip 32 x 6mm from chemical earth terminal point to Panel etc shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item.
M & L for providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-40 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and as directed.
