Contingency Services at Medical Inspection (MI) Room in Arrival Area at Chandigarh International Airport Ltd.

Providing new essential furniture, material and accessories i.e. Wheel chair, Stretcher, 3 no. reclining bed along with bedding, Bed sheets, pillow covers, 4 nos. chairs, 2 nos. tables, Partitions if required, curtain for partition etc. for smooth operationalization of MI Room (please see enclosed scope of work at page SCC 8). The cost for providing these materials is a one time and will be taken back by agency after the successful completion of work. Agency should also ensure proper maintenance of these items during the currency of contract.

Cost per month for providing services of 01 nos. MBBS Doctor (having minimum one year experience) for 01 month including reliever (01 doctor per shift)

Cost per month for providing services of 01 nos. qualified nursing staff (having minimum one year experience) for 01 month including reliever (01 nursing staff per shift)

Dedicated Air-Conditioned Ambulance in proper working condition of type ‘C’ as per National Ambulance Code having basic life support arrangement of approved quality meeting criteria as per central Govt. norms with required equipment’s to meet emergency situation along with drivers for 24hrs round the clock. (Please see enclosed scope of work at page SCC 8 & typical pictograph of Ambulance at page SCC 9). The ambulance should be on the name of agency. Also, the Ambulance should not be older than 2 years from the date of award of work.

Recurring cost for providing facilities like all essential medicines and medical equipment(s) (please see enclosed scope of work) like BA test machine, thermometer, BP meter, Stethoscope, Medicines as required to meet emergency and general checkup, Oxygen Cylinder(s) with other related equipment(s)and any other medical equipment required for smooth operationalization of MI room
