Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material :-Nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix (including equivalent design mix) within all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :-1:4:8 (One Cement isto Four coarse sand isto Eight graded stone aggregate 40 mm (Forty minlimeter) nominal size)including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :-1:2:4 (One cement isto Two coarse sand isto Four graded stone aggregate 20 mm (Twenty milimeter) nominal size) including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required:-In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge
