Maintenance and Electrical Consumption Charges of Street Light on PWD Road Under CND Division (SH- Patrolling and monitoring of Road Lights at various PWD Roads under jurisdiction of M-3513).

Patrolling and monitoring of road lighting by means of GPS enabled inspection Vehicle/Two Wheeler i/c fuel along with Supervisor cum driver and communication system (Mobile with internet connection) etc. at night and reporting non-functional lights/ damaged poles/ feeder pillars etc. on Delhi PWD Roads under jurisdiction of M-3513 on daily basis with some proof of photographs of functional/ non-functional lights, preparing a report and forwarding the same on WhatsApp/ e-mail/ pen drive & telephone or through electronic means to JE/AE of concerned road as per terms and conditions & direction of Engineer-in-charge complete as required. (a) 1 No. Vehicle (i/c fuel) Supervisor cum driver having smart phone for patrolling / monitoring of the Road Lights (maintain by PWD) (Duty Time 6.00PM to 2.00 AM Daily) [Note:- Report of functional/non-functional all road light points under C&ND Division should be submitted every day]

Providing services of inspection vehicle (Light Motor Vehicle) inclusive of Driver and fuel for concerned JE(E)/AE(E) for inspection of various original works of street lighting and maintenance of street lighting under AE(E) M-3513 Sindhora Kalan on monthly rate basis for 2000 km per month C&ND Area)

Payment for Extra hours beyond normal duty for inspection of work by inspection vehicle (Light Motor Vehicle) with POL inclusive of Driver for concerned JE(E)/AE(E) for inspection of various pump sets, original works of street lighting and maintenance of street lighting under AE(E) M-3513 Sindhora Kalan in which vehicle can be used for running 10 km per hours for which no extra will be paid.
