Replacement of damaged 400 NB C.I /M.S Pipes of various lengths at various locations in all the three ash disposal lines of Stage-I, Dr.NTTPS

Rectification of worn out 400mm Dia M.S/C.I bends in all the three ash disposal lines of stage I at various location

Arranging of single sleeve or double sleeve joints inplace of damaged sleeve or hole formed side of the sleeve joint/tyton head of 400mm NB CI pipe on Ash Disposal Lines.

Replacement of worn out/damaged Tyton coupling gaskets at various locations in all the three ash disposal lines of Stage-I/Dr.NTTPS.

Replacement of worn out/damaged sleeve coupling gaskets at various locations in all the three ash disposal lines of Stage-I/Dr.NTTPS. Data for Labour charges

Removal of accumulated ash along the Ash Disposal Lines and behind Ash Pump House of Stage-I including transport.

Draining and removing ash slurry, accumulated on the Ash Disposal Lines for replacement of gaskets and also breakdown works from LOC No.167 to 181 and other out side areas of the plant.

Replacements of worn out /Eroded 400 NB C.I/M.S bends in all three ash disposal lines, where ever necessary, with fabricated 400 NB M.S bends including fabrication, erection, strengthening /shrouding and breaking concrete pedestal

Providing shrouding on eroded and leaking pipe in ash disposal line from ash pump house to ash pond.

Opening of the sleeve joint in the Ash disposal lines where ever necessary for flushing of the lines to clear the ash settled in the pipes and fixing the same after completion of the work.

Fabrication, fixing & erection of MS channel pedestals where ever necessary
