Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within all lead and lift including carriage of materials, complete G.S. sheet:- in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.(Dismantled material to be handed over to the deptt.) as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge..

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within all leads & lifts including carriage of unserviceable material as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundations, trenches etc. in earth work in all kind of soils, such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work, by blasting or chieling and pumping bailing, dewatering where ever required etc. complete and lift up to all heights and then clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm, layers, when required in to plinths sides of foundations etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth up to approved dumping site , including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in charge. Any loss of Govt.and private property during the execution of work shall be the absolute responsibilty of the contractor.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete Mechnically Mixed and vibrated of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :- 1:4:8 (One Cement isto Four coarse sand isto Eight graded stone aggregate) 40 mm (Forty milimeter) nominal size, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :- (a) Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. upto plinth level. for mass concrete, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :- (b) Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : - (c) Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :- (d) Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :- (e) Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls. Under 20 cm. Wide , including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level :1:1.5:3 (One Cement isto One and half coarse sand isto Three graded stone aggregate) 20 mm (Twenty milimeter) nominal size, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.
