Supplying and Fixing of 12" Heavy duty exhaust fan with nominal speed of 1400 RPM suitable for operation on 230V, 50HZ AC Supply i/c drilling holes, providing fixing bolts and nuts etc., as required. (M/s Almonard /Havells/ Crompton /Orient/Usha Smlr supr Make) ( Appikatla -2 Nos, Jammulapalem -2 Nos, Jillellamudi -2 Nos, Karlapalem -2 Nos, Stuvartupuram -1 No, Bapatila RSU -2 Nos, Bapatla main -2 Nos)

Supplying & fixing Ms/GI Flats -2nos of suitable size & length for fixing of the exhaust fan on surface of wall /PVC wall panel including drilling holes etc., as required.

Providing opening of suitable size to the brick wall or PVC wall panel for fixing of the above 12" exhaust fan by cutting & making good the same etc., as required

Supplying and laying of 3 core 1.5 sq. mm PVC insulated copper conductor cable for power supply connections to Exhaust fans/ Timer as required.

Supplying and fixing of the analog time switch suitable for operation on 230V, 50HZ AC Supply etc., on surface of wall shelter wall panel as required. (M/s. L&T model FM-1 Quartz )

Supplying and fixing of exhaust fan shutter suitable for 12" exhaust fan made with suitable 22 guage GI sheet ilc cutting, bending, welding, painting etc as required. (Will be provided whereever required)

Supply and fixing of Steel wire mesh in between wall/Partition and Strip/louvers existing wooden windows/Al Partitons with all necessary accessories for protection of reptiles/rodents etc as required.

Supply and fixing of 25x5 mm GI strip for fixing of GI wire mest to the existing window frame/ wall as required.

Supplying and fixing of prefabricated Louvers frame of size 600 mm X 300 mm, made out of MS sheet and provision of Gl wire mesh (1inch x 1Inch) in the back side on surface of wall/ PVC wall panel / to the existing window as required. ( note : This item is to be executed where fresh air opening not available and as per instruction of SDE(E)/ JTO(E).

Supply and fixing of 12mm thick plywood /Novapan sheet on surface of wall for covering window opening with suitable screws/bolts & nuts etc complete as required.

Providing opening of suitable size for fixing of Fresh Air inlet Louvers Frame by cutting the existing Brick wall/ Shelter PVC wall panel / MS IRON sheet with suitable cutter etc complete as reqd.

Providing neat finishing to the exhaust fan opening/Fresh air opening with white cement at each site as required. (Whereever required)

Charges for arranging skilled techinicians to check the site feasibility & requirements for installation of above exhaust fans/ Air let frame in the BTS/ TE room including transportation etc as required
