Supply and fixing Mild steel roof trusses (framed) trusses purlins and fastening (etc.,angle, channel) or flat section including distance pieces, MS plates/ gusset plates, cleats, hold fast etc. conforming to Gde of steel Fe 410-W (Grade-Fe 250) quality A complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description and any position over 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end screwed the other to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut of any size and any length all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortat 1:6 on brick or conc surfaces of walls and finishing the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement and including preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI marked all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for hard core filling under floor, breaking stone or boulder n exc 63mm , deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75mm thick cement concrete type C-2, 1:3: 6 (40mm graded aggregate) as in plinth protectoin etc finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 100 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring complete all as specified and directed.

NOTE :- (i) Quoted rate shall be deemed to include the cost of cutting chases in walls / pillars /column etc. of any description for concealing the boxes to required depth & making good the disturbed surface in CM 1:4 including finishing the surface to match with the existing surface. (ii) Fittings like switches, sockets, regulators, lamp holders, light fittings shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A'.
