Construction of RCC Over Head Tank of capacity-100 KL and Staging -20 meter and allied pipeline works at Kanth Bangla part-2 Rajpur Zone, Under North Division, Dehradun.

Cartage of material such as G.I pipes & fittings from Centre store/market to site of work including loading & unloading.

Dismantling of flexible pavements and disposal of dismantled materials upto a lead of 100 m, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately. Bituminous Courses

Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Dismentling of cement concrete pavements by mechanical means using pneumatic tools breaking pices not exceeding 0.02 cum in volume and stock pilling at designated locations and disposals of dismantled materials upto a lead of 1000 metres.

Excavation in earth for pipe line trenches lift upto 1.5 m, leaad upto 30 m including refilling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches and removal of surplus earth upto a distance of 60 m from trenches also including supply of all labour, materials and T/P etc required for proper completion of work.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.( 20% 0f Excavated earth)

Laying and jointing of following size of G.I pipe by socket joint including all Types of all labour, materials and T/P etc required for proper completion of work. 100 mm dia G.I pipe line

Providing and laying 60 mm thick faciory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

Constructing masonry Chamber 120x120x100 cm inside, in brick work in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) for sluice valve, with C.I. surface box 100mm top diameter, 160 mm bottom diameter and 180 mm deep ( inside) with chained lid and RCC top slab 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size ) , i/c necessary excavation, foundation concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 fine sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and inside plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) 12 mm thick, finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design :

CONSTRUCTION OF 100 K.L OHT. Supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc and construction of R.C.C. O.H.T. of following capacities ( in kiloliters ) and 12 m. staging with 1.00 m wide R.C.C. stair case from G.L. to balcony and from balocony to top dome 1M X 1 M R.C.C. landing at suitable locations and railed with 3 rows of 20 mm dia G.I. (M) pipe on 65x65x5 mm angle iron posts fixed with ladder, from top to the floor inside of the tank, M.S. M.H. cover with locking arrangement, lightning conductor as per electricity rules, water level indicator,supply and fixiing of outlet, inlet, over flow and wash out pipes with necessary sluice valves, pipe pieces (including cost of materials) flooring 0.60 M wide apron, painting on tank body vertical pipes, ladder, M.S. CONSTRUCTION OF BOUNDARY WALL FOR PROTECTION OF OHT. Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, for all lift, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m
