Providing project management services for 1.Survey, design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of trackside KAVACH equipment at stations/LC Gates locations including erection of towers and associated works required for KAVACH in Kota-Ruthiyai section and Sogaria-Kota C Section (166 Rkm) of Kota division of West Central Railway. This also includes supply, trenching, duct laying, blowing, splicing, termination, etc. of 24 & 48 fiber OFC with route diversity wherever required. 2.Provision of KAVACH on Low Density Railway Network Route of KOTA- COR, KCCN-SGAC and GQL N -GQL W Section (170 RKM) of Kota Division over WCR. 3.Provision of KAVACH on Low Density Railway Network Route of KOTA Division on RMA- BRRG Section [165 RKM] along with 4x48 fiber OFC.

Financial Capacity: The Bidder shall have received total income equal to 150 % of the estimated cost of the Project Management Services mentioned in item No. 2 of the KIT (para 1.1.2) from professional(consultancy) fees in the 3 (three) financial years preceding the Bid Due Date. For the avoidance of doubt, professional fees refer to fees received by the Bidder for providing consultancy and/or supervision to its clients. In case of Consortium, the Financial Capacity of only the Lead Member will be considered. Moreover, each member of the Consortium should have at least 25% of the Financial Capacity for the purpose of further evaluation for the eligibility of the Consortium.

Technical Capacity: Technical Capacity shall be ascertained as per para 3.2.2(1) of RFP.
