Tea twice per shift, Preparation of special Lunch as when requirement basis for plant site and Preparation of breakfast, lunch and dinner for transit guest house as and when requirement basis. Preparation of Sweets/ Namkeens/ Mixers/ and other dry item as per requirement

Assistance in Cooking and catering Jobs to be carried out in A, B & C shifts in plant canteen and on all days. Support for preparation of breakfast/ lunch/ dinners etc on all days. Supporting Cooking activity jobs. Preparation of tea etc on demand. Cleaning of service window, used serving utensils, cooking & preparatory utensils, food preparation platform. etc. Assistance for Catering services serving of tea, breakfast, lunch, dinner etc.

Cleaning and Washing Assistance Jobs to be carried out twice a shift on working days and once on holidays. (A, B & G shifts in canteen and one shift in transit guest house) Cleaning of wash basins and kitchen cum back yard area. Cleaning of window panes of canteen. Cleaning of utensils stand, racks, fridge, refrigerator. mixers, grinders and dhokala maker. Cleaning of chairs and tables, used plates, glasses, bowls etc. Cleaning of all racks of food material store and consumable material store. Shifting of Waste to waste yard. Assistance in Preparation and serving of breakfast, lunch and dinner for transit guest house as and when requirement basis. Cleaning of utensils of transit guest house,

Assistance for issue of coupon and maintaining documents Issue of coupon by using coupon machine for selling of breakfast, lunch, dinner and tea. Maintaining daily coupon sale register. Issue material for preparation of breakfast, lunch, dinner and tea. Maintaining daily issue sheet, daily charge sheet, daily stock register. Assessing daily requirement of canteen material i.e milk, egg, bread, curd, butter milk, vegetable etc. and submit to HWP (B) staff for purchase

Carrying out servicing of gas burner and hot plates

Replacement of flexible wire tube 1/2"

Replacement of main control valve

Replacement of 1/2’’ Gas cock

Replacement of gas line regulator

Carrying out servicing with replacement of fast moving spare, bearing and consumables of exhaust A.H.U. machine with krugar fan silent blower single skin 5000 CFM & 3 Phase.
