(a) Taking out Unserviceable HT U/G cables from excavated trenches, ducts, wall, pole etc including removing cable covers, sand, cable joints, pipes, clamps etc,for the following size of cable :- HT cables of 120 sqmm, 3core- 175 RM (Note: Excavation,returning filling and Removing of soil shall be measured in item no 2,3 and 4) (b) Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5m wide and not exc. 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes pier holes etc not exc. 10sqm on plan and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (175X 0.90x 0.45)= 70.88 CUM) (c) Returning filling in soil and including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25 cm thick (Total R/F=Exc-21.64 = 70.88 – 21.64 = 49.24 Cum) (d) Removing excavated soil to a distance n.exc. 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5m above the starting points (Total Removal =21.64cum ) (e) Relaying,connecting, Megger testing, commissioning and jointing,HT underground cable 11000 volts grade in trenches,ducts,fixed on poles/walls with proper size saddles and clamp laid under roads /path /drain /culverts all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge of following Size:- HT cables of 120 sqmm, 3 core =135 RM) (f) M and L for Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for Straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 Sqmm 3 core all as specified and as directed. – 04 Nos.

(g) M and L for Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 Sqmm 3 core all as specified and as directed. – 02 Each. (h) Laying only retrieved sixty percent serviceable cable covers obtained while taking out U/G cable from srl item No.1 above. (Total=175/0.19=922x0.6=553 Each) (j) M and L unreinforced precast concrete cable covers CLASS HV type I, flat size 300 x 180 x 40 mm laid transverse to cable. (Total=175/0.19=922x0.4=368 Each) (k) M and L for sand cushioning for UG cables using dry river sand, gently punning down all as directed and specified. (175x0.45x0.18 + 14.18 CUM) (l) S and F serviceable HT 11 KV 3 core 120 sqmm of size cable in trenches/fixed to poles/wall, XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (HT), heavy duty with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts (earthed) grade 120 Sqmm x 3 core all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge –40 RM (m) M and L for erection of Precast HT cable route / cable path indictor made out of PCC 1:2:4 type Bo 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates of size 100 Cm (Height) x 12 Cm (Width) x 8 Cm (Thickness), Painted with red colour lettering synthetic paint and letters 4 inch “DANGER, HT 11 KV CABLE” to be written with black colour lettering synthetic paint including necessary excavation for PCC block, placed at interval of every 25 M, complete all as specified – 48 Nos Note:- (a) All material, labour and T and P required for complete the job is responsibility of the firm. (b) All old retrieved cable shall be the property of firm.
