Housekeeping Supervisor for Club, guest rooms & adjacent areas. gymnasium building cum cafeteria, Guest rooms & other entire areas. For the entire club area

Associated Services Integrated Pest Control Services like Spraying for adult mosquito on wall of ground floor and basement once every month, Fogging / ULV spraying at ground floor and basement in the evening twice every month against adult mosquito, Indoor residual treatment with spray against cockroach etc. once every month and treatment against cockroach once in three month, Rodent baiting at ground floor, basement and lobby as required, Anti larval spraying once every fortnight. (Including Services Required As & When - Rodent Control & Anti Larva Treatment).

Associated Services Garbage Disposal on daily basis from all the floors to centralized waste storage area including canteen, auditorium, external area to designated place for collection by government body. The garbage bins are to be disinfected every alternate day.

Associated Services Facade Cleaning (once in every quarter) including providing all basic accessories, equipment needed for personal safety of the cleaner and to carry out the facade cleaning. All equipments will be arranged by the agency like cherry pick cart and other machines to reach the elevated heights (apportioned on monthly cost basis ).

Associated Services Charges for underground reservoir ( once in every quarter) & Over Head tank cleaning Overhead 15000 lts (5000X3) and underground 455000 lts ( 6 tanks) using Sodium Hypochlorite & UV. (apportioned on monthly cost basis ).

Mechenical street sweeping of internal roads / campus of NTBC & NTBH including the parking lot opposite NTBC and the entire area of clock tower / skating ring by engaging small sized mechanised street sweeping machine of 500 litre capacity for 02(two) times per day as per direction of EIC
