Excavation of soil for formation of cable trenches & reinstatement of the cable trench with the excavated soil as per direction of the Site Engineer.

Excavation of soil by Cutting of Metalled Road/ Cement Concrete/ Brick Soling etc & re-statement of the same per direction of the Site Engineer.

Supply and installation of kiln burnt Brick having proper size and shape for cable protective cover as per instruction of the Site Engineer.

Lifting & checking of the following 33 KV XLPE 3 x 300 sq. mm cable as per instruction of site engineer

Relaying & dressing of existing healthy portion of the following 33 KV XLPE 3 x 300 sq. mm cable in the already excavated trench as per instruction of the Site Engineer.

Making of Straight Through including making of jointing pit (excavation of soil suitable for making of 33 KV straight through joint including laying of platform with bricks for placement of joint box & pitching up of temporary tent by providing bamboo & tarpolene & re-instatement, of the joint pit with the excavated soil after completion of jointing work) of the following 33 KV 1 x 1000 sq. mm. XLPE cable with supply of jointing materials (Reputed/ Common brand like 3M, Raychem) excluding making of "protection duct for cable joint"

Making & fixing of end termination joint outdoor type for 33 KV 1 x 1000 sq. mm. XLPE cable including fixing of the jointing box at the existing structure but with the jointing materials (Reputed/ Common brand like 3M, Raychem) as per instruction of the Site Engineer.

Making & fixing of end termination joint indoor type for 33 KV 1 x 1000 sq. mm. XLPE cable including fixing of the jointing box at the existing structure but with the jointing materials (Reputed/ Common brand like 3M, Raychem) as per instruction of the Site Engineer.

Supply & fixing of cable tag as per instruction of site engineer

Micro-Tunnelling work with laying of HDPE pipe as per instruction of Site Engineer and as per site condition for laying of UG cable including supply of HDPE pipe (With 160mm diam. HDPE Pipe of PE-80, PN-6) as per IS: 4984-1995 including preparation and submission of drawing for such cable laying (as per Office Order No CED/44 dated :17.11.2018 of the CE(Dist.), WBSEDCL)

Laying of HDPE pipe as per Jack push method as per instruction of Site Engineer and as per site condition for laying of U.G cable including supply of HDPE pipe (With 160mm diam. HDPE Pipe of PE-80, PN-6) as per IS: 4984-1995

Supply & Fixing/ Laying of HDPE Pipe 200mm (PE80, PN-6) IS-4984-1995 in the excavated cable trench as per instruction of Site engineer

Laying & dressing of 33 kV 1 X 1000 sq.mm. XLPE cable as per requirement of site

Making protective duct for cable joint complete as per WBSEDCLs approved drawing (Ref. Drg. no.PLN(D)/55/127, dt. 23.06.2018)

Making and fixing of Cement concrete (straight through and road crossing cable jointing location) Cable Marker both 33 kV XLPE Cable on the located point of the cable route.

Dismantling of 33KV 300sq.mm. XLPE Cable from Cable Support Structure & Refixing of the same cable on another Cable Support Structure (at M-I 33/11 KV Sub Station and Saltlake GIS 132/33 KV Sub Station) after proper phase matching and with supplying of necessary cable support clamp, connectors as per instruction of site engineer

Rising of 33 kV 1 X 1000 sq.mm. XLPE cable on the existing structure with supplying of necessary cable support clamp, connectors, cable protective pipe as per requirement & instruction of site engineer. Along with associated job like dismantling of all existing Isolator, CT etc. for making space for installation of new one as per instruction of site Engineer and dismantled used & healthy material return to store in good condition.
