Charges for complete Project Management Consultancy services for Malabar Cancer Centre as detailed in the “Request For Proposal Document". The charges should be quoted in percentage based on the estimated cost or actual value of works executed whichever is lower. (Please quote your consultancy charges in percentage). The BOQ columns are set only for quoting your rates, so the details mentioned in the columns are dummy. The above consultancy fee is excluding applicable GST but includes all other taxes implemented by Govt. from time to time. The fees quoted shall include all expenses for the services as detailed in the RFP document and nothing extra shall be paid under any circumstances. All statutory fees for the above project shall be borne by the Emplopyer and the same will be reimbursed after submission of the original receipt by the Consultant.
Charges for obtaining building permit and Occupancy certificate for existing building. Charges should be quoted per each building; plinth area up to 500 sqm. Employer will provide soft copies of the drawings. The BOQ columns are set only for quoting your rates per building, so the details mentioned in the columns are dummy.
