Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position and removing the rubbish from the work site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for preparing surface of sunken slab and applying 15 mm thick cement plaster 1:4 cement sand mortar with integral water proofing compound both on floor and wall. The surface shall then be cured and allowed to dry then applying epoxy resin coating polymer modified cementitious coating like brush bond of fosroc, pidilite and bostic as per manufacturer's instructions both on floor as well as on wall and sunken floor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (IWPC will be paid separately).

Material & labour for PCC type C2 1:3:6 (using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sunken slab filling complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for Precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks exc 10cm in width Type C1 (1:3:6) (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in floor/plinth protection laid in suitable panels finished even and fair all as spd . 6mm Joints should be filled with bitumen mastic filling comprising of one part of heated bitumen 85/25 or 80/100 gde and three part of sand ( all by weight) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for 450x350 x7 mm thick glazed ceramic tiles (digital pattern) including highlighter colored as in dado/ skirting and vertical serfaces set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colored cement over and incl 10 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 to match the shade, pattern, laying etc of tiles at site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

Material & labour for 25 mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-0, using 12.50 mm graded aggregate as in floors including finishing the surface rough for laying finishes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material & labour for Non skid ceramic colour tiles (square / rectangular) of 7 to 8mm thick, area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exc. 0.18sqm as in floor etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface over 15 mm thick screed bed (1:4) etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for granite stone slabs 18-20mm thick machine cut , bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone incl grinding and polishing and incl 15mm thick screed bed CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for preparation of old treated surfaces of wall surfaces and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for preparation of old treated surfaces of wall including brooming down, scrapping down smoke soots etc. and appying one coat of white wash, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down existing water proofing treatment on RCC slab / beams with bitumen felt with out damaging structure and removing the debrise outside the MD land and Material & labour for plaster 10 mm thick on concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 finished even and smooth using WPC @ 3% by weight of cement and preparing the surfaces to recive WPT treatment , applying a coat of bitumenm primer confirm to IS - 3384-1986 @ 0.3 liter per sqm . APP base polymeric membrane minimum weghing 3 kg/sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application over primed surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Taking down cement plaster and decayed concrete if any upto double storey construction from roof projection, roof drops chajja, concrete surface of any description incl all scaffolding arrangements and making good the decayed portion with CM 1:3 or with PCC 1:2:4 using form work if any and finally finishing the surface with 10mm thick cement plaster 1:3 to match the existing surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing & fixing of M.S. support and maintaining the same till the work is over including removal of the same complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls or PCC block walling including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
