Repair to pot holes any depth, not exceeding 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth by applying tack coat @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg per 10 Sqm, blinded with 0.09 Cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings), depth of potholes not exceeding 30 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces area not exceeding 400 Sqm and exceeding 50 mm deep but not exceeding 100 mm deep complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for premix bituminous, macadam laid/ rolled and compacted to by using 8 to 10 tonne power road roller to required camber and gradient (Consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) using Hot mix plant & Mechanical paver with @ 4% paving bitumen (VG-30 Grade) binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted by using 8 to 10 tonne power road roller to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Soft stones such as lime stones, sand stones, slate stone etc will not be allowed to be incorporated in the work.

Material and labour for preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing cacked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt and dust etc and applying evenly a priming tack coat with paving bituminous primer VG-30 grade @ 05 Kg/ 10 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing cacked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt and dust etc and applying evenly a priming tack coat with paving bituminous primer VG-30 grade @ 10 Kg per 10 Sqm compelte all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm consolidated/ compacted thickness using Hot Mix plant and mechanical paver with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, by using (paving bitumen VG-30 Grade) rolled and compacted using 8 to 10 Tonne power road roller to required camber and gredient complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and making 2.5 mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc and the like not exceeding 10 cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with 20% glass beads spread and laid intermixed with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs of Cat Eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100 mm x 100 mm x 20 mm with PAMA striplens reflector of Model No DA 972.0 of make Dark Eye or equivalent of 3M fixed with and including mild steel stud of suitable size as per manufacturers instructions. Complete all as specified and as directed. Make : 3M, Cat Eye, Dark Eye.

Supply and fixing in repairs of solar cat eye aluminium alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125 mm x 125 mm x 25 mm (shank 60 mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafine solar panel 2.4 V/ 0.3 Watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2 V/ 1600 MA) consisting of six super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufacturers instructions including taking out old cat eyes and removal from site etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Dark Eye, 3M, OSCAR, BP.

Supply and fixing in repairs of metal tubular delineator DA-74 or equivalent made out of 45 mm dia Mild steel pipe of 600 mm total height duly powder coated and made of top quality and durable glass reflector made of top quality weather resistance plastic material (thermo plastic polyster clastomer) 3 bands of green/ red/ yellow reflector of size 25 mm wide strips embeded in PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) of size 150 mm x 150 mm x 300 mm. Complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Dark Eye, 3M, OSCAR, BP.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick spread thickness moorum, red bajri filling as in berm including rolling etc complete all as specified and as directed.
