Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and pavings not exceeding 15cm thick below or above ground level and removing demolised material out of Military station complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of bricks (laid flat or on edge) or interlocking tiles in floors, channels, kerbes, aprons, etc laid dry of laid dry and pointed complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 100mm thick PCC (1:4:8), type B-2 (using 40mm graded aggreate) as in sub -floors, sub- bases, floors and pavings omplete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand filling under floors in foundations and for laying interlocking paver blocks including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 Grade with grey cement & pigment complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or PCC blocks/stone masonary built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour fo pre-cast cement concrete (1:3:6), type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in block masonery exceeding 10cm in width with solid block masonery with solid blocks, exceeding10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4), type B-1(using 20mm graded aggregate) as in surface channels complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel upto 55cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, mounds, mitred/stopped end complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel upto 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, mounds, mitred/stopped end complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:4:8), type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed aggregate) as mass concrete and filling of foundation complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes for providing weep holes in drain wall complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6), type C-2 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in floors, plinth protection and pavings finished with spike rolling to surface or making impressions of expanded metal ,while the concrete is green complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 100 mm thick PCC (1:3:6), type C-2 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in floors, plinth protection and pavings finished with spike rolling to surface or making impressions of expanded metal ,while the concrete is green complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for forming contraction (Dummy) joints 75 mm deep x 10mm wide for plinth protection and similar work, filled with sealing compound Grade 'A' in plinth protection complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick PCC (1:4:8), type D-2 ( using 40mm graded aggreate) as in sub -floors, sub- bases, floors and pavings complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 25 mm thick PCC (1:2:4), type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in floor finished even and fair with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing glass dividing strips, 3 mm thick and 28 mm width complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition),complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for precast cement concrete (1:3:6), type C1, (using 20mm graded aggregate) in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc), chullah hoods, chhajja, water troughs, shelves and similar articles with plain faces, setting in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars10mm dia and over, cut length, bent to shape required , including cranking , bending spirally for hooping for coloumns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per serial item No 22.00 here-in-before but 6 to 8mm dia .

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. doors, to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete conforming Fe 410 -W (Gde- E- 250) quality- A complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing, wind ties for roof including securing bolts posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh ) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting and similar work conforming to Fe-290 complete all as specified and directed.

Welded steel wire fabric (Weight not exceeding 4 kg per Sqm) supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width/girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with water proofing compound @ 3 % of weight of cement and finished fair and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- water proofing compound will be measured and paid for seperately as supply only)

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4), type B1 (using 12.5mm grade aggregate) in copings,,kneelers,apex stons,Kerbs including weathering,slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.
