Excavation in trenches,in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 m deep and not exceeding 1.5 m in wide for laying of cable,RCC Poles/stays and struts etc and getting out including trimming sides and forming bottom surface all as specified and directed at site.

Returning, filling-in, including spreading, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each, in soft /loose soil complete all as specified.(Note:-The back fill shall be neatly rounded/levelled over the trench to a sufficient height to allow for settlement to the required level all as specified in clause 18.56.6(a) of SSR-2009)

M & L for sand cushioning to underground cable including punning down of sand in layer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- Punned down thickness shall be measured for payment

Supply and laying factory made unreinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV type 1, flat size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm laid transverse to cable all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Re-laying of Precast concrete cable cover suitable for LT cable for protection purpose retrieved from dismantling LT Cable.

Taking out unserviceable LT cables of size upto 16sqmm, any core from excavated trenches, ducts, wall, pole etc including removing cable covers, sand, cable joints, pipes, clamps etc, taking out old serviceable cables, cable covers, etc for reuse and removing unserviceable cables, covers etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S & F in repair power factor capacitor metalized poly propoline heavy duty for three phase 440 V,50 Hz system for permissible non linear load 15 % including connection from the busbar/MCCB to capacitor with PVC insulated copper conductor of suitable size for capacity 12.5 Kvar complete all as specified and directed. Cutting of worn out aluminium cable terminal lugs from the LT cable, crimping of new aluminium cable core and fixing with transformer/LT Panel terminal studs including cutting/dressing of cable, excavation in any type of soil refilling the trench including sand cushioning and brick protection as directed and specified etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV cable for straight through heat shrink type complete with jointing materials and accessories suitable for 3.5/4.0 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 150 to 300 sqmm, 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

REPAIR OF DG SET OF 40 TO 63 KVA

M & L for servicing of DG sets SITUATED AT SITE of capacity 40 kVA and 63 kVA including replacement of fuel filetrs, oil filters, air filters, air filter element, changing lubricating oil, cleaning of fuel lines, cheking leackage if any, repair the leackage replacement of exhaust main fold gasket, welding with connected items if required etc Complete all as specified and directed

Disconnect the electric connection of DG Sets suitable situated at site and discoupling the DG engine from alternator, Opening of the DG set alternator and taking out worn out parts for repair/replacement work. installation after repair/replacement work reassembling of DG set including testing complete. Note:- Worn out parts which to be replaced shall be measured separately as under.

Supply and fix Battery rectifier unit / Diode plate complete as per manufacture's instructions and as directed.

M&L painting to the entire body of DG set including canopy enclosure by scraping out (and flames if necessary the old paint denting spray painting to the entire body of DG set with minimum two coats of synthetic enamel paint to achieve bright finish of Military green colour over a coat of primer and writing MES/SM No of DG Set all as directed to the capacity of DG Set 40 to 63 KVA

S & F battery charger Alternator Assembly including all fixing clamps/internal wiring etc as directed by Engr-in-charge

S & F AVR of suiable capacity complete as per existing model all as specified and directed.

S & F stop Solenoid switch heavy duty 5 kg/cm2, 12 Volt DC.

Supply and fix in repair copper wire terminal of 75 cm minimum length with copper lead aong with brass teriminals for the connection of DG set to Battery as suitable all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix in replacement of lead Acid battereies for DG set of capacity 150 AH 12 Volt of Make: Exide/AMARON/ TATA or as directed by EIC.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm grade aggregrate as in pedestal of poles/ struts copping etc, including and use and waste of necessary form work and finishing exposed face of concrete even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Copper strip 20 x 3 mm fixed with saddles and screws including insulators etc for roof conductor and down conductor above ground, complete all as directed.

M & L for Earthing complete with Copper earth plate electrode 600x600x3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to copper earth strip of 20 x 3 mm (up to 7.5m in length from earth plate) by means of bolts and nuts checknuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as specified and shwon in electrical plate no 3 of SSR part 1 including Charcoal, Rock salt, necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber with RCC 1:2:4 type B1 40 mm thick cover with MS bar 8mm dia 150mm c/c reingorcement, watering funnel 32 mm dia light grade for protection of earth electrode 20 mm dia for watering all as speicified and directed and tested on completion. Note:- The unit rate quoted shall deemed to have included for GI protection pipe, Copper earth strip up to 7.5 mtr, GI water pipe, wire mesh , funnel , excavation, RCC pit cover complete all as specified.

S & F of Battery Charger (SMPS type)of 10 Amps for 12 Volt Battery all as directed by EIC Make-Koel Green or equivalent

Servicing and caliberation of FIP (Fuel injection pump) & nozzles including replacement of minor parts like nuts,bolts,washers etc of capacity DG Set 40 to 63 KVA all as directed by EIC.

M & L for taking out Radiator of DG set 40 KVA to 63 KVA for repair,welding,brazing,leak testing & refixing to DG set to its original position and testing complete all as directed.

Supply & Fix AMF Relay suitable for 40 KVA DG Set all as directed by EIC

Supply & Fix 3 pole power Contractor ML-4,70 A,415 V

S & F Radiator up to 63 KVA DG Set all as directed by EIC

Removing excavated soil to a distance n.exc. 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5m above the starting points.

S&F in replacement of unserviceable ACB any make model from LT Panel (installed inside Sub Station No.03) having capacity 1200 Amps four pole 50 Hz 415 Volts by disconnecting / removing LT cable connection and other connected accessories and making arrangement by addln altration of LT Panel for fixing of new Fixed type ACB without release (4 pole) , LT 415 Volts, 50 Hz AC grade of 1250 Amps rating, 50 KA rupturing capacity with over current and short circuit release conforming to IEC:60947-2 /IS: 13947-2 fixed manual type operation etc. complete all as specified and directed.
