Charpoy GI Pipe Nly Niwar FD-220 &221

Removing old existing unserviceable nylon newar from Charpoy GI Pipe (FD-220 & FD-221), tightening the joints as required and supplying and weaving the charpoy with nylon newar (new virgin of superor quality white / light coloured and not from the recycled nylon newar) closely wooven on both side of width 50 to 5 mm weighing not less than 1.50 Kg per charpoy with 15 bands on short rail and 36 bands on long rail and the ends shall be folded up to 2 inches and hand stiched tightly with nylon thread complete all as shown on drawing, specified and directed. Make of nylon newar :- Sagar or equivalent

Assembling only the Charpoy GI Pipe (FD-220 & FD-221) by using existing components of the charpoy i.e. Long rail, short rail, legs etc at the BSO storeyard of GE(A) Bhuj including threading to the GI Pipe where ever required and tightening the joint complete all as shown on drawing, specified and directed.

S & F in replacement the new long rail of Charpoy GI Pipe (FD-220 & FD-221) with 32 mm bore GI pipe medium grade ISI marked duly threaded both sides and fixing in the charpoy complete all as shown on drawing, specified and directed.

Cutting the removed long rail from Srl item No. 28 here-in-before and making the same to short rail of the charpoy and threading the both ends and fixing the same in the Charpoy GI Pipe (FD-220 & FD-221) complete all as shown on drawing, specified and directed.

Removing old existing unserviceable short rail from Charpoy GI Pipe (FD-220 & FD-221) and cutting the same and making it to the legs of the charpoy 480 mm long and threading the one end and fixing the same in the Charpoy and providing mild steel flat iron 25 mm x 3 mm clamps made to shape and gas welding to the legs including 3 mm thick mild steel plate making it to the round shape of size 3 mm x 50 mm and gas welding to the bottom of the legs of charpoys as shoe to the charpoy including removing old unserviceable legs with clamp and plate complete all as shown on drawing, specified and directed.

S & F in replacement the new check nuts of Charpoy GI Pipe (FD-220 & FD-221) for 32 mm bore GI pipe medium grade check nuts 6 mm wall thickness and fixing in the charpoy complete all as shown on drawing, specified and directed.

S & F in replacement the new elbow of Charpoy GI Pipe (FD-220 & FD-221) for 32 mm bore GI pipe medium grade elbow 3 way weighing not less than 415 gms each ISI marked and fixing in the charpoy complete all as shown on drawing, specified and directed.

S & F in replacement the new clamps of Charpoy GI Pipe (FD-220 & FD-221) with mild steel flat iron 25 mm x 3 mm clamps made to shape of 15 mm internal diametre and gas welding to the legs for MNF set complete all as shown on drawing, specified and directed.

Removing old existing unserviceable wooden blocks from the bottomof the legs of Charpoy GI Pipe (FD-220 & FD-221) and providing 3 mm thick mild steel plate making it to the round shape of size 3 mm x 50 mm and gas welding to the bottom of the legs of charpoys as shoe to the charpoy complete all as shown on drawing, specified and directed.

Charpoy GI Pipe Ply Top FD-220 &221

M&L for removing of old unserviceable Ply Woood Top and S & F in replacement the new ply wood of Charpoy GI Pipe (FD-220 ) with 12 mm thick commercial BWR (07 No of ply) size 1980 mm x 905 mm on charpoy frame as top with 12x6mm thick teak wood beading all around the plywood fixed with chemical and mechanical methods and painted the beading with two coat of synthetic enamel paint white colour over a coat of wooden primer” fixed with 10 Nos nuts, bolts and washers (3 Nos on each long rail & 2 Nos on each short rail) bolt head counter sunk machine made size 75 mm x 5 mm with 2 Nos nuts & washers on each bolt complete after repairing of the charpoy the GI Pipe, steel flat iron & leg protection shall be painted with two coat of white colour syntactic enamel paint including preparation. all as shown on drawing, specified and directed.

M&L for removing of old unserviceable mild steel flat iron 25 mm x 4 mm of Charpoy GI Pipe (FD-220 ) fixed with long rail with bolt head counter sunk machine made size 75 mm x 5 mm with 2 Nos nuts & washers on each bolt and applying two coats of synthetic enameled black paint over a coat of red oxide primer to the newly fixed flat iron complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement the new long rail of Charpoy GI Pipe (FD-220) with 32 mm bore GI pipe medium grade ISI marked duly threaded both sides and fixing in the charpoy complete all as shown on drawing, specified and directed.

Cutting the removed long rail from Srl item No. 2.04 here-in-before and making the same to short rail of the charpoy and threading the both ends and fixing the same in the Charpoy GI Pipe (FD-220) complete all as shown on drawing, specified and directed.

Removing old existing unserviceable short rail from Charpoy GI Pipe (FD-220) and cutting the same and making it to the legs of the charpoy 480 mm long and threading the one end and fixing the same in the Charpoy and providing mild steel flat iron 25 mm x 3 mm clamps made to shape and gas welding to the legs including 3 mm thick mild steel plate making it to the round shape of size 3 mm x 50 mm and gas welding to the bottom of the legs of charpoys as shoe to the charpoy including removing old unserviceable legs with clamp and plate complete all as shown on drawing, specified and directed.

Note :- The amount of credit has been mentioned in the Sch of Credit in pdf form and the same will be deducted from the amount of SCh 'A' at the time of acceptance of work.
