Supplying, installing, testing & commissioning of factory assembled Trolly mounted 40 KVA Deisel Engine driven, compact, light weight and environment friendly power generating set, suitable for operation at 1500 RPM, 415 volts, 0.8 PF (lagging) suitable for 50 Hz, 3 phase, 4 wire system, confirming to BS 5000/IS 4722. common base frame complete with floor mounting fuel tank of adequate capacity with fuel line & accessories vibration damper pad & other accessories etc comprising of following:- (A) Diesel Engine: Water/Coolant cooled turbo charged engine to deliver suitable BHP at 1500 RPM under NTP conditions of BS-5514 and confirming to IS-10002, DIN-6271 & ISO-3045 with an overload capacity of 10% for one hour in 12 hours of continuous running comprising of following accessories:- a) Radiator with blower fan or heat exchanger with guard. b) Pipe coupling for engine cooling system piping. c) Paper element filters. (i) Fuel (ii) Lubricating oil (iii) By pass

d) Fly wheel housing and fly wheel to suit alternator. e) Engine bearing mechanism in fly wheel house. f) Shut off coil with safeties for LLDP/HWT/Over speed. g) Dry type air cleaners and vaccum indicators. h) Residential silencers. j) Stainless steel exhust flexible blower. k) Motor driven priming pump. l) Battery charging alternator. m) Exhaust piping made out of STIC C class, MS pipe inclusive of all accessories and hardware, necessary support Scaffolding as per OEMs recommendations to sustain back pressure with rain cap. n) Mineral wool insulation 2" thick suitable for 400 degree celcius temperature cladded with aluminium sheet of 30 gauge for the entire length of exhust pipe. o) First fill of oil, coolant and deisel during commissioning & 12 hours testing. p) Interconnecting copper cabling of adequate capacity between batteries control. q) Fuel pipe C class STIC 1"/1.5"/2" dia - 01. r) Self starter 12 volt DC. s) Electronic operated electronic governor. t) Fuel injection pump. u) Electronic instrument panel, complete with all accessories as per manufacturer's.

(B) Alternator :- 40 KVA at 0.8 PF, 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50Hz, at 1500 rpm, self excited & self regulated with AVR brushless excitation, screen protected, drip proof, insulation class H, IP-23, self ventilated & confirming to BS:5000/IS 4722 suitable for engine as mentioned here-in-before. (C) Accoustic Enclosure :M&L for acoustic enclosure for the above 40 KVA DG set to reduce noise level to 75 dB measured at 1.0 mtrdistance for audible frequences as per guidelines of Central Polution Control Board and Manufacturer's specification from authorized OEMs of Gen Set manufacturer specified including inside illumination by 2 nos - LED fittings complete. Note : (i) The rate includes the cost of 04 wheel operated trolly of suitable size and as per manufacturer's recommendations for 4O KVA DG Set. (ii) Predispatch inspection shall be carried out by authorized representative of Accpting officer. The arrangements for Predispatch inspection shall be made by the contractor without any extra cost to the department. (iii) Precommissioning test shall be carried out by representative of Accepting officer/SEI and cost of same is deemed to be included in unit rate quoted.

Supply and laying XLPE insulated armoured (under ground) heavy duty electric cable with standard aluminum conductor 1100 Volts grade of cross sectional area 50 sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches/ducts/through pipes /in floor road/along the pole etc complete all as specified.

M&L for earthing to switch gear/MCB DB with mild steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) connected to galvanised iron earth lead strip 32 x 6 mm by means of galvanised iron nuts, bolts and washer, earth lead connected to eqpt as directed, earth plate surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with common salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm all around the plate including necessary earth work, PCC chamber and reinforced PCC cover made by PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 as in pit chamber and RCC pit cover 50 mm thick precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 duly reinforced with 6mm dia MS bar at 150mm c/c both ways with 10 mm dia MS round bar as handle, 20 mm bore GI pipe medium grade for watering and 40 mm dia GI pipe light grade for protection of earth lead up to 3 mtr with funnel, wire mesh etc with and including testing complete all as specified and as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES sch Part I.

Earthing continuity galvanised iron strip 32 x 6 mm or main earthing lead fixed to wall with clamps or recess or croses or buried in ground or drawn in conduits/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil, not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc not exc 10 sqm on plan and not exc 1.5m depth and getting out complete all as specified directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning and filling in trenches incl spreading, levelling watering and raming in layer n.exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated mtrls n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point.

Material and labour for sand cushioning with a layer of sand 8cm thick before laying of cable and 15 cm thick after laying of cable (Total 23 cm compacted thickness) in trenches complete all as specified.

S & F unreinforced pre-cast concrete cable cover, factory made class LV, type 1, flat size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm complying to IS : 5820-1970,made of concrete used of grade not lower than M-20,laid flat in trenches over the cable with length of concrete cover perpendicular to the direction of cable length,adjacent/abutting each other complete all as specified and directed.

Material labour and testing for Repairing of 11KV/433V 3-Phase 200KVA Indoor Dry type distribution transformer on site including the following :- (1) Supply and replacement of failed 03 Nos. of 12kV Rating LA. (2) Fixing of base frame for LA with required fabrication and spares (3) HT insulation of damaged winding conductor (4) IR Value improvement and insulation coating of 03 Nos. LA hylam sheet (5) HT Insulation of 12KV LA Stud connections and taking same after complete repair & testing on site as directed by Enginner-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Maintenance of 200 KVA transformer including testing of dielectric strangth transformer oil of indoor type transformer, 11KV/433 volt, filteration of transformer oil by passing through filtration plant to remove moisture, impurities and improving di-electric strength to above 40 KV for 1 minute including topping up by supplying & filling transformer oil & testing after filtration complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Low voltage testing of 11KV/433V 200KVA, oil cool distribution transformer i.e. open circuit test, short circuit test, magneting crued, megnatic balls valve test complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for fault finding on HT/LT cables of any size and any length with fault detective machine by thumbing method and suitable high voltage complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for second fault finding on same HT/LT cables of any size and any length with fault detective machine by thumbing method and suitable high voltage complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Straight through jointing kit heat shrinkable 11 KV indoor type of size 185 sq mm 3 core including taking down old unservicable complete all as specified and directed.

Cable jointing kit for 11KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying & testing HT cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor 11000 volts grade of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Steel tubular swaged poles swan neck type complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, Cap, mild steel bolts, nuts,screw, etc. type 410 SP-31(9.0 meters long) erected in vertical position embedded in PCC foundation including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer and synthetic enameled paint in alternate white and black strips 30cm wide each up to 1.5 Mtr height from top of coping complete all as specified and directed Note :- Earth work, PCC for foundation and coping shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply and install HT 11 KV outdoor gang operated air break switch 12 insulator mechanically operated mouted on insulator and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level for current ratings upto 400 Amps for 11000 volts including Expulsion fuse (DO fuse) unit with 2 pole structure of 09/11 mtr PCC Pole consisting of PCC Pole with anti climbing device, PCC foundation & cross arms, cross arms ,bracings ,supports,clamps and back plates fabricated from structurl steel sections includoing nuts bolts washers,welding,bending cold or hot ,drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat , one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M& L for lightning arrestor expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class discharge capacity 65 kilo amps suitable for 11000 volts complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for GI strip of size 25 x 4 mm incluing clamping saddling complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying XLPE insulated armoured (under ground) heavy duty electric cable with standard aluminum conductor 1100 Volts grade of cross sectional area 240 sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches/ducts/through pipes /in floor road/along the pole etc complete all as specified.

GI Tubing light grade 80mm for cable protection, laid under plinths/floors /roads /culverts or fixed on walls or concealed in walls or along the steel poles by means of M.S.F.I clamps with necessary bolts nuts washers etc complete all as specified.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6 mm, burried vertically in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate vertically to a depth not less than 1.5m below ground level, connected to galvanised steel earth strip 32 x 6mm of any length as reqd at site, by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised steel, earth lead wire encased in and including 40mm bore G.I. light grade pipe for protection of GI strip, 20 mm dia watering pipe madium grade including charcoaldust and common salt packed all around the earth plate, including necessary excavation and earth work in any typeof soil/strata and testing complete all as specified and directed and shown on electrical plate No. 5 of SSR Part I (1991) Note:-GI strip/Wire more than 7.5 m will be measured separately.

S&F rubber mat of size 1x 2mtr 19 mm thickness ISI marked.for HT installation complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for danger notice board of 25 cm x20 cm size made from 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enameled white with letters figures and connectiona skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for HT pole complete all as specified

Supply and laying XLPE insulated armoured (under ground) heavy duty electric cable with standard aluminum conductor 1100 Volts grade of cross sectional area 16 sqmm 4 core laid in trenches/ducts/through pipes /in floor road/along the pole etc complete all as specified.
