Demolishing cement concrete manually/by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in charge 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix) in order to grout the vertical members in the cement concrete Each vertical member shall require 1ftx1ftx1ft =1cuft Total vertical members = 34 no. Total material to be demolished = 34 x 1ft3= 34 ft3= 0.96 m3

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) after laying of vertical members.
