Taking down carefully existing unserviceable aluminum/copper point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) of any description & in any position complete including all fittings & fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, socket, light fittings, lamp holders etc including taking out and removing serviceable fitting and fixtures and making good the disturbed surface of walls, floors, ceiling etc. to match with the existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for point wiring with using 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) multi standard copper conductor, single core, FRLS PVC insulated & unsheathed cable, 1100 volts grade with and including PVC casing and capping of adequate size fixed on surface with PVC rawl plugs with sunken type pressed steel terminal box and junction boxes 1.6mm thick of suitable size, duly painted with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of black bituminous paint for mounting fittings and wiring to be terminated in pressed steel sunken boxes with and including all accessories and using 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor single core conductor, FRLS PVC insulated & unsheathed cable as in earth wire connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed for following:- NOTE :- (i) Quoted rate shall be deemed to include the cost of cutting chases in walls / pillars /column etc. of any description for concealing the boxes to required depth & making good the disturbed surface in CM 1:4 including finishing the surface to match with the existing surface. (ii) Fittings like switches, sockets, regulators, lamp holders, light fittings shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A'. (iii) The quoted rates shall be deemed to be inclusive for provision of covering sunken boards/terminal boxes / junction boxes of any shape and size with 3mm thick laminated sheet fixed with suitable brass screws and cup washers (a) One light/buzzer point controlled by one; one way switch.

Supply and fixing ceiling rose surface bakelite 63.5 x 20 mm, three terminals, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing switch flush type, 5/6 Amps, single pole, one way, 230 volts AC circuit complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Bell push, flush type 5 AMP AC 230 Volt single pole complete as specified.

Supply and fixing switch socket outlet five pin, 5 Amps, flush type, 230 volts AC circuit complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs earth plug and socket, single pole, neutral sheet metal enclosures with a two pin, plug and socket 20Amp, 240 volts as per cat No. DPSDPO20 of Havells or equivalent of L & T with and including one MCB, SP, 20A, 240 Volts as per Cat No MCCSP020 of Havells or equivalent of L & T, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing buzzer, ding dong AC 230 Volt single pole complete as specified.

Supply and fixing fan regulator electronic, step type, suitable for ceiling fans of any capacity, pre-wired 230 volts AC 50Hz supply 100Watt complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement elegantly industrial general purpose box type luminaire, 1x18 Watt, designed box type LED luminaries, CRCA sheet steel housing with white reflector cover fitted to the body with decorative end covers complete with electronic ballast, spring loaded rotor type lamp holders, connected block with and including 01 No LED lamp 18 Watt and all accessories, pre-wired and connecting the same to ceiling rose with & including twin core PVC insulated and sheathed copper conductor 23/0.0076 cable including all accessories and fixing arrangement for fixing the light fitting to walls / roof surface over and including 2 Nos PVC square box complete all as specified and directed. Make :Confirming to Cat part No IGP 131 LT8-16 of crompton greaves or equivalent of other specified make.

Supply and fixing in replacement 9W mirror light having indirect up down light for mirror and as well light application with CCT 6000K, including LED Bulb/Module and Electrical connection with 3 core flexible wire of appropriate size from ceiling rose to the tubelight fitting, all as specified and directed. Note: 2 runs of cable and one run earth wire and conduit/Casing & Caping will be measured as one length.

Material and labour for repair to light fittings / fixtures of flourescent tube light any rating / make / model and in any position including testing of serviceability of connected accessories and wiring upto respective switch / control unit including replacing unserviceable items such as choke, starter, capacitor, condensor, bipin holder etc and making the light functional complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- The spares such as electronic choke, starter, capacitor, condensor, bipin holder, starter holder, starter, tube rod etc shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate items of Sch 'A' as Supplying and replacement. The Quoted rates of this item shall be deemed to include the cost of fixing of all these spares with screws, fasteners and cup washers etc.
