NTPC ROAD

Embankment as per IRC 34 2011(SO3<0.2%) Type-I (with soil from borrow pits within land width)

Earth work for embankment having sulphate express SO3 shall be less than 0.2% including breaking clods dresssing with all and lift including watering, rolling and consolidation of subgrade in layers at O.M.C. to required dry density (min CBR 5%)

Non Woven Geo Textile Layer 200 GSM

Providing Supplying, Laying and Fixing of Non Woven Geotextile with mass per unit area 200 GSM and thickness of 1.5 mm - 1.8 mm and for sub-grade soaked CBR <= 3%. Permittivity as per IS 14324/ ASTM D4491 is 0.05/Sec and Maximum Apparent Opening Size as per IS 14294/ ASTM D 4751 is 0.43 mm for which has a Mechanical, Physical and Hydraulic Properties as per the IRC SP: 59-2019

GSB Layer

Construction of Granular Sub Base by providing coarse graded material BTMC using metal 53 mm to 26.5 mm @ 27.5%, aggregate 26.5 mm to 9.5 mm @22.5%, and 9.5 mm to 4.75 mm @10% and stone dust 4.75 mm & below@ 40% incl. spreading in Uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and achieve the desired density

Bi Axial Geo grid

Providing, Supplying, Laying and Fixing of Polypropylyne Bi-Axial Type Geo grid which has a minimum requirement for base stabilization of flexible pavement as per the Table 4.5 of IRC SP:59 2019

WMMLayer

Providing, laying , spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam 250 mm thick as per MORTH specification including pre mixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant

Dense Bitumen Macadam

Providing and laying 50 mm D.B.M. with B.T. aggregate as per MORT&H specification with Emulsion RS-1 for tack caot @ 2.5 kg/10 smt. With Mechanical Sprayer & Bitumen VG-40 grade for mixing @ 45.0 kg/MT i.e. 4.5% by total weight of mix heating and mixing the aggregate & asphalt in batch mix plant and transporting to site and spreading the same by sensor paver finisher & consolidation with vibratory roller roller including providing all amterials, equipments, tools & plant. fire wood, Oil, Kerosene, labour charges etc. complete using contractor's own machinery batch mix plant & sensor paver finisher etc. complete in all respect including supply of all types of manpower, machineries, equipment etc.

Bituminouse Concrete work-30 mm thick

Providing and laying of 30 mm thick Bituminouse concrete on existing bituminouse surface and using specification Emulsion RS-I for tack coat @ 2.5 kg/10 smt graded machine crushed with 5.50% bitumen VG-40 grade by Wt. of total mix as per specification MORTH including mixing of asphalt with B.T. chips in Batch mix plant transporting transporting same as by paver finisher and consolidation the same with pair of 08 tonnes to 10 tonnes vibratory roller to achieve desire density and including VG-30 grade bitumen, cost of emulsion, cost of required tools, plants, all machineries, equipment, fire wood, oil, kerosene , charges etc.

Supply and laying of PCC for drain 100mm thick including ssupply of all types of manpower, machineries, tools tackles etc

Construction of Brick Lined Slope drain in 1:6 mortar and inside surface plaster with 1:6 at every 50 Mtrs interval along both side slopes of the road embankment.

Supply and construction of RRM for Retaining wall including excavation of soil from wall location

Supply and laying of PCC below retaining wall

Supply and fixing of Kerb stone (300 mm length)

Supply and Laying of PCC for kerb stone

Supply and laying of 150 mm thick Hard Shoulder

Traffic signes at locations shall include roadside signes as per IRC:67 Section-09 of Manual and MORTH specification including curb mounted signes along the project road. The location for variouse Traffic Signes shall be finalized in consultation with the Engineer In charge

OVERHEAD SIGNS (START & END)

Pavement marking for entire length of road shall be provided as per Cl. 9.3 of IRC SP 84-2019 & MORTH Specification

ZEBRACROSSING

Delineartor shall be provided at locations in accordance with Cl 9.4 of IRC SP:84-2019 and MORTH specification and as directed by EIC

Cats eye/ Road studs at entire Length shall be provided at Horizontal Curves, vertical curves, overtaking prohibited sections, all Entry/Exit/ramps, intersections median openings and pedestrian crossings in accordance with cl. 9.5 of IRC SP 84-2019, IRC:SP-35-2015 & MORTH specification
