Erection Part

Erection of LT steel tubular pole 8/9 Mtr. Long: - Excavation of earth in all kinds of soil for making pits of size 1.2x1x1x1 M suitable for installing STP 8/9 mtr long, erection of STP 8/9 meter long with RCC muff in the excavated pit, refilling of pit with excavated soil including watering and ramming etc. as required disposing off surplus soil at the dumping site of local bodies, fixing of M.S clamps , stay clamps, stay wire,M.S angel LT cross arms, insulators, nut & bolts including drilling,bending welding etc.as required, filling of RCC muffwith Cement concrete in ratio 1:2:4 (1cement:2 sand :4 concrete 20mm nominal size) from bottom to top, painting of all steel parts and STP with two coats of aluminium paint A grade, fixing of any other item required to complete the job, as per standard practice of HPSEBL and as per the direction of Engineering in charges.

Erection Carge of LT stay set :-Excavation of earth in all kinds of soil for making stay pit of size 1.2x1x1, fixing of LT stay set, ,nozelling and tightening of stay wire complete, refilling of pit with excavated soil including watering and rammining of soil, disposing off all surplus soil at dumping site of local bodies, fixing of any other material required to complete the job, complete in all respects as per standard practice of HPSEBL and as per direction of Engineering in Charge.

Erection of LT earthing :- Excavation of earth in all kind of soil for making earth pit 2.5 x1x1 filling of coal, salt, earth pipe and GI wire complete in all respect as per standard prectice of HPSEBL and as per direction of engineer in charge.

Laying, stringing and sagging of ACSR 6/1/3.35mm, of 1 Ø LT line and 1 wire for Netural :-Laying of conductor, stringing and sagging, binding with insulator, making jumpers on dead poles etc. complete in all respect, as per standard prectice of HPSEBL and as per direction of engineer in charge.

Laying, stringing and sagging of G.I. earth 8 SWG (1 wire) :-Laying of GI wire, stringing and sagging complete in all respect.as per standard prectice of HPSEBL and as per direction of engineer in charge.

Dismental Charges of ACSR 6/1/2.59 Rolling of conductor , loading un loading.

Providing and Supply of Material

Providing of conductor ACSR 6/1/3.35 50mm2 for sagging, Reconductoring and augment of LT line

Providing RCC Pipe(Muff) ISI Marked sutaible for different size of steel poles 2000 mm in length and 25 mm thick with 250 mm internal dia duly fabricated by using un-galvanized MS wire of 12 SWG Rings and 6 mm MS Round in vertical direction conforming to IS 458-1988.

Providing Aluminium Paint of superior quality

Prov. Nuts & Bolts 5/8" thick with washer off sizes etc.( M.S Black Hexagon Bolts and Nuts with washers conforming to ISI-1363-1992 ) duly fully threaded and Half threaded as per site requirement

Providing D-Iron with shakle insulator , D-Iron made TATA/SAIL/Rashtriya Ispat M.S flat of 50x6mm suitable for 3"x3.5" shackle insulators, having three holes, one in each side suitable for use with 16mm bolt. D-Iron to be painted with superior quality black Japan paint . The size of D-Iron will be 125x75mm. The weight of D-Iron should not be less than 750 grams.

Providing LT Stay set made of M.S Round 1600 mm in length ,16 mm dia having thread upto 300 mm on one end, with one nut and one check nut to avoid slippage and eye of 40mm dia on other side and welded conforming REC Specifications. Elbow made of channel iron 75 x40 x6 mm,250 mm long and M.S. Round 60 mm dia , vertical height 300 mm, both end bent after putting into two holes in channel iron taking the ends out 25 mm minimum and welded with channel iron . One anchor of A.I. 50x50x6mm ,750 mmin length with one hole of 20 mm dia in the centre . The complete stay set shall be painted with superior quality black Japan paint.

Providing 8 SWG GI wire in misplaced Spans for continous earth.

Prov. Stay wire (7/3.15mm) superior quality

Providing LT cross arm made of MS angel 75x75x6mm,1.5 meter long with half clamps made of MS flat 50x6mm with holes of suitable size for continuos earth and neutral.
