Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Condition: 1 Bidder shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Condition: 2 all other Conditions as per tender Notification and documents annexed

Condition: 3 The Rates quoted shall be in percentage only for services charges.

The Agency/ bidder should exhibit Financial Capability in the form of Line Of Credit/ Solvency certificate for Rs 61.00 Lakhs issued any nationalized / Scheduled Bank. The Line of Credit Shall be for the subject work.
