The Agency/ bidder should exhibit Financial Capability in the form of Line Of Credit/ Solvency certificate for Rs 61.00 Lakhs issued any nationalized / Scheduled Bank. The Line of Credit Shall be for the subject work.

Enclose Provident fund Registration Certificate / Letter issued by competent Authority

Enclose ESI Registration Certificate / Letter issued by competent Authority

Enclose Labour Contract Registration Certificate / Letter as per Contract Labour (Regulation and Abulation act 1970) issued by competent Authority

The company should have ISO Certificate & enclose the copy.

Enclose paid-up ESI challans for previous three years, i.e: 2023-24 2024-25 & 2025-26.

Enclose paid-up EPF challans for previous three years. i.e : 2023-24 2024-25 & 2025-26.

Enclose IT Returns Acknowledgement for the years (For Financial years 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26)

Agency should have achieved Annual Turn Over of Rs. 406.00 Lakhs in any Two year in last Five years 2021-22 to 2025 26 Enclose Certificate issued by Charted Accountant in this regard

Enclose certificate for having supplied 80 No. of Security guards to any Government / Semi-Government/ Quasi-Government/ Autonomous Body/ Government Undertaking Institution in any one year in last Three years (2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26)
