Supply of Man Power for Maintenance of Kallur Camp Kalamala Camp and Distributary Nos 94 95 96 98 98A and 98B Of TLBC for the year 2025-26

The intending bidder/firm/company should have satisfactorily completed at least one similar nature of service Labour oriented Man Power Services as (Computer operator, Watchman, Drivers, Gangman, Sowdies/water management) of value not less than 50 percent of the amount put to tender of ( Rs.46.14 Lakhs) during the last five years from 2020-21 to 2024-25.The Work Done Certificate should be obtained duly signed from an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of the concerned Division. An additional weightage of 10 percent each year will be added to the cost of the work done in previous years to bring it to the present price level 2025-26

To qualify for award of this award contract each tenderer in his name should have in the last five years period achieved in at least two financial years an average annual financial turnover of Rs.92.3 Lakhs during the last five years(i.e.2020-21 to 2024-25).Certificate issued by the Chartered Accountant should be enclosed & mention UDIN No. (Additional weightage at 10 percent for each year shall be given for turn over to bring it to 2025-26)

The intending bidder should furnish the Copy of Form C Registration certificate from labour department.(The Firm should enclose current years valid certificate)

GST Registration Certificate,(GST paid challan for the year 2024-25 & 2025-26 Form GSTR -3B)

Copy of Income Tax Returns filed for Financial Year 2024-25 (Assessment year 2025-26)

Copy of EPF Registration certificate

Copy of ESI Registration certificate

Liquid assets and /or available or credit facilities of not less than amount put to tender (Rs 27.7Lakhs) credit line or credit or certificates from nationalized bank or schedule bank for meeting the funds requirement etc., usually the equivalent estimate flow for 3 months to make advance payment to labour service
