Excavation in all kinds of soil BY MANUAL MEANS including boulders upto 0.3 m diameter for drains etc., including dressing bed and sides to required level and profile, cost of all materials, machinery,labour, placing the excavated soil neatly in dump areaas directed etc., complete with initial lead upto 1 km and all lifts as directed by Engineer in charge

Laying P.C.C (1:4:8) using 40 mm HBG machine crushed metal, as per APSS 402, for levelling coarse of foundations, including cost and conveyance of all materials including seignorage charges at site, labour charges, machine mixing charges, curing and all leads & lifts etc , complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer at site .

Supplying, fabricating, and fixing structural steel members such as pipes, channels, angles, plates, and other miscellaneous steel items for replacement of damaged purlins and providing horizontal supports for Galvalume roofing sheets at all heights up to 12.00 m. The work shall include dismantling and removing damaged structural steel members by gas cutting, lifting and positioning new steel members using rope pulley arrangements, fabrication and erection in accordance with IS 800:2027, including all welding, cutting, drilling, bolting, consumables, labour, scaffolding, staging, T&P, transportation, and all leads and lifts. The erected steel shall be cleaned and painted with one coat of Zinc Chromate Red Oxide Primer conforming to IS 2074 (Part 1):2023 followed by two coats of Synthetic Enamel Paint conforming to IS 2932:2013. The rate shall include the cost of structural steel, painting materials, labour, conveyance, dismantling, disposal of unserviceable materials, and all incidental charges complete, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Roofing with pre painted galvalume Trapezoidal profile roofing sheets with 0.5 mm thickens, coating with Alu-zinc coating AZ150 GSM. Tensile strength:550 MPA. Paint coating : Regular Modified Polyester painting, painting thickness (TOP):18 to 20 Microns(Bottom): 5 to 7 Microns, sheet width:1.020, Length Maximum 12 Meters with Regular Range colours , the rate includes labour charges, Cost & Conveyance of all materials and conforming to IS 15965: 2012/YS 550/AZ150/Class 3’ after‘thickness’ including leads & lifts, incidental charges etc ., complete for finished item of work directed by engineer in charge.

Supply of Roof Accessories medium size of Ridge, Barge Cap, Corner Trim, LFlashing, Down Pipes, Gutter etc., with 0.50mm thick, Width: 0.585, Length: Maximum 2½ Meters with Regular Range colours , the rate includes labour charges, Cost & Conveyance of all materials and conforming to IS 15965: 2012/YS 550/AZ150/Class 3’ after‘thickness’ including leads & lifts, incidental charges etc ., complete for finished item of work directed by engineer in charge.

Brick Masonry in CM (1:6) with fly ash cement Bricks as per IS 12894-2002 class-5 , size 290 x 225x140 mm with compressive strength not less than 50kg /sqcm including cost and conveyance of all materials,labour charges,all leads&lifts, scaffolding charges etc complete for finished item of work as per APSS 504 specification and as directed by engineer in charge.as directed by E-I-C. (Cement will be supplied by the department at the stores at free of cost).

Providing and fixing of 40 mm thick polished black Cuddapah stone shelves of approved quality with necessary dressing, edge polishing, fixing in the brick masnory, including cutting to required size, all labour, materials, water, curing and finishing complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Plastering with CM (1:4) 12 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, scaffolding, curing, all leads and lifts etc., complete for finished item of work as per APSS 903 and as directed by the Engineer in charge as directed by the Engineer in charge. (Cement will be supplied by the department at the stores at free of cost)
