Vibrated Plain Cement Concrete (1:3:6) nominal mix using 40mm size machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand), coarse aggregate, water etc. to site, excluding seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials, all charges for mixing, laying concerete in position, vibrating, curing, centering using Steel scaffolding pipes , jack props , wallers , Foot plates , brackets , steel centering plates etc., including all operational, incidental and labour charges, overheads & contractors profit etc.,for finished item of work for footings. Ornamental brick work in C.M (1:5) using common burnt clay bricks of class as per Table- I of IS:1077-1992, Non- Modular or traditional size 23 x 11 x 7 cms from approved source having minimum crushing strength of 35 Kg/Sqcm, bats and flat tiles including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, bricks etc to site importation of silpi labour, excluding scaffolding for construction of masonry but including lift charges and soaking the bricks in clean water atleast an hour immediately before use, curing etc., and over heads and contractor profit and excluding seigniorage charges complete for finished item of work.
