Earth work in Hill Road (Hill Side Cutting):- Excavation in Hilly area for construction of road in all types of soils, rocks and E&B etc. as met at site true to lines as per plan, L section Cross Slope, super elevation as required also including uprooting & cutting of bushes, dressing of road surface to the required level and slopes with all lifts & leads required for safe disposal of surplus excavated material at suitable dumping places indicated in Drawing by mechanical means/ manual means and including construction of required coolie walling for retaining and muck, without otherwise damaging Forest, Forest Land, Utilities, Private and Public Properties, including slip clearance till the completion of the work as directed by Engineer-in-charge as per Technical Specification Clause 1601, 1602 & 1603 of MORD Specification for Rural Roads 2014. (Soil in Hilly Area by mechanical means, Ordinary Rock not requiring blasting by mechanical means,Hard Rock (Blasting Prohibited), by mechanical means, Removal of Unsuitable Soil with Disposal upto 1000 m Removal of unsuitable soil including excavation, loading and disposal upto 1000 m lead but excluding compaction ground supporting embankment subgrade replacement by suitable soil, which shall be paid separately as per Clause 303.5.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3.11 of MORD Specification for Rural Roads 2014)

Excavation in Soil with Dozer with lead upto 100 m Excavation for roadway in soil by mechanical means including cutting and pushing the earth to site of embankment upto a distance of 100 m, including trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections. Providing weepholes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain/reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications Clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7 of MORD Specification for Rural Roads 2014.
