CONSTRUCTION OF OHT & SLUICE VALVE CHAMBER
Supply of all Materials, Labours ,T&P etc. and Construction of RCC O.H.T of following capacities (In Kiloliters) and 12m. Staging with 1.00m wide RCC staircase from G.L. to balcony and from balcony to Top Dome 1m x 1m RCC landing at suitable locations and railed with 3 rows of 20mm dia. G.I. (M) pipe on 65x65x5mm angle iron posts fixed with ladder, top to the floor inside of the tank. M.S. M.H. cover with loacking arrangement, lightning conductor as per electricity rules, water level indicator, supply and fixing of outlet, inlet, overflow and wash out pipes with necessary sluice valves, pipe pieces (including cost of materials) flooring 0.60 M wide apron, painting on tank body, vertical pipe, ladder M.S M.H. cover , ventilator column etc. Complete with approved water proofing (apex)/ enamal paint, testing, filling water for testing purpose etc. including supply of verticle pipes and specials assuming bearing capacity as 8MT/M2 staging 12.00 meter.
Additional rates for staging per meter height beyond 12 m height including cost of all material, labour, shuttering, scaffolding T&P complete for following capacity (In Kiloliters) Over Head Tanks.

ELECTRICAL & MECHANICAL WORKS
Construction OF 300 MM DIA. 200 MT DEEP TUBEWELL. Transportation of suitable truck mounted rig machine, air compressor, OP unit, camp equipage connected T&P and necessary accessories, casing pipe, tubewell assembly, housing pipe etc. including loading, unloading, upto site of work etc. complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge, required for dirlling and development of tubewell:
Erection and levelling of rig machine and camp equipage at site of work.
Boring of tubewell by heavy duty rig machine including sinking, lowering, lifting of casing pipe as below. 600 mm dia.
Preparing and lowering of TW assembly (MSERW Housing plain ended blind/slotted pipe of following sizes) strating from ground level to the required depth ordered by the department including cutting, welding as required at site complet with all T&P required. 300mm dia. 7.90 mm thick blind pipe.
300mm dia. 7.90 mm thick slotted pipe.
Supply and making of required size sleeve joints and fixing, lowering them.
Shrouding of pea gravels in between bore and tubewell assembly upto entire depth of tubewell ordered by the department.
Development of TW by 350 PSI/1100CFM air compressor unit to the satisfaction of Engineer in charge to give sand free discharge and proper packing of pea gravels, at least for 35 hrs.
Development of tubewell by the suitable submersible OP unit complete with lowering and lifting of pumping plant having 2000 lpm discharge approximate including running of OP unit and yield testing of tubewell by 'V' notch, at least for 35 Hrs. to the satisfaction of Engineer in charge.
Dismantling of rig machine and clearance of site after satisfactory completion of work.
Procurement of TW assembly as below
Supply and fixing of housing clamp 8 mm thick of 300 mm dia. as required.
Supply of pea gravels of size 1.60mm to 4.80 mm [π/4{(D X D)-(d X d)}] So Quantity of Pea Gravels is - 0.212*200= 42.4 cum. + add 10% extra for wastage.
Supply and fixing of 300 mm dia. 8 mm thick Well cap
Supply of 300mm dia MS ERW blind pipe 7.9mm thick (as per Deptt. rate)
Supply of 300mm dia MS ERW slotted pipe 7.90 mm thick (as per Deptt. rate + 10% for slotting)
Supply and Fixing of 200x100 mm size MS gurder 4 Mts long.
Supply and Fixing of 300mm dia MS heavy duty Housing clamp with nuts & bolts.
