Taking down existing asbestos cement pressure pipes of 150 mm dia , any class and position incl all fittings, assessories and fixtures etc of following bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, connecting, jointing and testing ductile iron pressure pipe of size 150 mm(6") inch dia , ISI marked suitable for "push on joints" in standard working lengths supplied with rubber gasket duly ISI marked for water supply, Class K-7 with socket and with cement mortar lining inside the metalic zinc coating with finishing layer of bituminious paint on outside the pipe complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Dismantling the water mains from the delivery lines, lifting/taking up GI/UPVC/HDPE Column pipes, pumping sets of any description and in any position including submersible cable after disconnecting pumping sets from cable, repairs to the defective submersible cable and jointing of submersible cable, pump and motors by using water proofing jointing kit, and also jointing of crack/leaked HDPE pipe with MS sheet jointing clamp,rubber sheet, nut, bolts and washer etc replacement of defective column pipes, and including Lowering of submersible pump Sets, submersible cable, column pipes, reonnecting main delivery mains as existing and testing for satisfactory running and continuous flow of water etc complete all as directed by Engineer in charge in bore wells at various locations under GE(A) Bhuj Note: 1 Repair to Motor & Pumping sets, cable and column pipes etc. shall be measured and paid seperately. 2. Contractor shall take proper precautions while lifting out and removing pump set from bore well so as to avoid any damage to column pipe and submersible cable. All necessary T&P and equipments required for lifting out and lowering pump set etc shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.Lifting of defective submersible pumping set of any make and capacity from bore well after providing lifting tools , chain pulley etc. as required carefully, by disconnecting/dismentling all electric connections, column pipes, steel ropes/chain and keeping them under safe custody for reuse all complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for rewinding of burnt submersible motor 20 to 40 HP, 3 phase, 415 V, 50 Hz of any make with water proof insulated copper conductor of the same specification as per old one after dismantling / cutting out burnt windings from stator assembly, cleaning slots properly complete with insulating slots packing, sleeves, papers & reassembling stator and rotor after replacement of worn out spares/matching works including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of motor external surface and water proof jointing for submersible cable 3 core, with replacement of oil seal, sand guard, bolt gusket, cable packing ring, water seal, bearing bush upper & lower etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Note: (i) The rates for above items are deemed to include transportation of pumps/ motors to and from workshop with replacement of oil seal, sand guard, bolt, gasket, cable packing ring, water seal, bearing bush upper & lower etc as approved by Engineer-in-charge for necessary repairs, alignment and testing of pump and motors at authorised workshop.

Testing of Raw Water for physical, bacteriological analysis, Chemical analysis, Toxic substance present ,virological , iron salinity as per stareded/IS code test from any Govt. Approved/recognized Lab or NABL approved Lab or as approved by the GE. Sample should be collected by Ref of lab.

Wash out complete water by pumping set/manually of existing Underground sump/ static water tank up to 25000 gallons capacity including removing deposited sand from inside the tank, scrubbing and washing side walls and bottom with bleaching powder solution and making surface free from any fungus deposits stains using wire brush, filling of cavaties inside of tank with CM 1:1 with quick setting cement and applying two coat of white wash inside & writing date of cleaning complete all as specified and directed. (Note:-1. All type of T & P, Labour & pumping set etc shall be arranged by the contractor and rate for the same will be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. 2. Contractor will dispose off the material taken out from the sump at a distance upto 50 Mtr as directed by Engieneer-in-Charge. 3. Contractor will clean the surroundings of Tank upto 3 mtr around the plinth of the tank.)

Contractor will clean the surroundings of Tank upto 5 mtr around from the plinth of the tank.)

Supply only calcium based high strength chlorination chemical for water disinfectant in granular form in factory sealed Containers having chlorination level 65 to 70% chlorine content complete all as specified and directed. M & L for preparation of old painted iron surfaces, painting of pump set/RO Plant including connected item with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer as per existing colour code/ complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix Pressure Gauge for Pressure Range 0-7 Kg/sqcm Make Aquaslux Water Stainless Steel Glycerine Liquid filled of size 2.5" Dia back connection 1/4'' male complete all as specified and directed.

NOTE APPLICABLE FOR ALL ITEMS :- If rate quoted for similar/identical items in same part of Sch ‘A’ is at variance, the lowest rate quoted shall only be considered for payment to the contractor.
