Excavation of earth for pole pit of size 0.9x0.6x1/6 of full length of pole for errection of pole in all type of soild including proper dressing of sides and ramming of bottom including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed complete work.

Errection of ST Pole SP-23 single support pole in proper level and alignment alongwith fixing of all accessories like top channel & clamps as per RESSPO construction manual.

Errection of ST Pole SP-23 Double support pole in proper level and alignment alongwith fixing of all accessories like top channel & clamps as per RESSPO construction manual.

Grouting of pole in size 0.45x0.45x1/9 of the support in CC ratio 1:4:8 (1cement:4graded stone 20mm nominal size:8coarse sand) block including cost of cement, sand and stone ballast. Back filling of soil and boulders in pit and ramming and proper alignment, levelling as per RESSPO constructin manual.

Muffing of poles size 0.45x0.60cm radious with CC 1:3:6 (1cement:3coarse sand:6graded stone 10mm nominal size) block size 45cm height from ground level including cost of cement, stone and sand etc.

Fabrication of MS Channel angle iron after cutting in required size with drilling of holes upto good finish for top channel, breasing and special type bracket etc as per RESSPO schedule and local approved drawing.

Excavation of earth for stay pit of size 0.6x0.6x1.2 mtr in all type of soil including proper dressing of sides and ramming of bottom including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soild as directed complete work.

Fixing, tightening and nozzelling of stay with pole and stay rod of 11KV Line on required tension as per drawing/RESSPO manual.

Grouting of stay in size 0.6x0.6x0.3 in CC ratio 1:4:8 (1cement:4graded stone 20mm nominal size:8coarse sand) block including cost of cement, sand and stone ballast. Back filling of soil and boulders in pit and ramming and proper alignment, levelling as per RESSPO manula.

Earthing of support with MS Earth rod of 2.5mtr long by hammaring of MS rod to proper depth and connecting the earth electrode with the help of GI Wire as per construction manual.

Laying, Spreading, Stringing and sagging of 11KV Line 3P4W of the ACSR Rabbit conductor as phase wire with GI earth wire complete including fixing of all accessories in 3 nos conductors in parallel with binding and jumphering as per profile and sagging chart.

Guarding of 11KV Line over (River/Telephone/Road) LT line crossing as per drawing with 6/8 SWG GI Wire including fixing of guarding channel/angle as per RESSPO manual.

Painting of SP-23 poles with angle and channel and all steel part by one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paints and two strip of fluorescent red and white paint 30cm wide upto 1.5mtr from ground level.

Route clearance by cutting tree branches/proning, lopping and chopping of trees for 11KV Line.

T-off connection complete 11KV Line.

Providing and fixing of danger board and number plate complete by providing clamps of MS flat 50x6mm and nuts & bolts, danger board of MS Sheet 2mm thick 11'x7' size (including cost of material)

Mounting and fixing of Lightning Arrestor Sets 03 Nos. on double pole structure including making of connections by GI Strip 35x6 mm to earth point complete work.

Chemical earthing of distruction transformer including digging of pit of size 2.5 mtr. Depth and make hole of size 150mm. Placing of earthing electrode (to be supplied by contarctor as per drawing no A as drawing B. Connecting the same with GI strip of size 35x6mm as per drawing C for a minimum length 6m . Treatment of soil with higly conductive substance as per ISO 30343 complete in all respect, result of earthing resistance to be recorded in MB before and after installation of earthing. The earth resistance after earthing should be less than 1 Ohm.

Dismantlling of 16 KVA transformer from double pole/plinth including opening of all connections, circuits & earhing strip etc.

Back Head load cartage/manual shifting/lifting with crane/hydra of 16 KVA Transformer with loading/unloading at both points upto 0 to 1 Km.

Cartage of 16 KVA Transformer from construction site to 33/11KV S/S Kapkote with loaind, unloading at both points in average distance 10 Km.
