Anti-collusion and self -declaration certificate regarding not black listed by any firm/ Government agencies in the format set out in tender document.

Attested copy of the Income Tax return filed by the Service Provider for the last 3 years (financial years (2023-24 to 2025-26) in the Income Tax Department and the clearances

Certificate by Chartered Accountant for the Annual Turnover of Rs.17.00 lakhs relating to providing outsource personnel for the each of the last audited 3 financial years i.e., (2023-24 to 2025-26) with Balance sheet & P & L A/c.

The company/firm should have been in the business of providing manpower services for last financial years (2023-24 to 2025-26) Details of past performance on services of 50% similar nature executed by the Service Provider.

Certificate from the Banker that the bidder has liquid financial resources of not less than Rs.3,00,000/-(Three Lakhs only) as per the format in the Tender document
