Material and labour for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick ini flooring over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing and C M 1:6 Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix of sheet glass, ordinary quality, 5.5 mm thick and glazed with oil putty in square n exc 0.5 Sqm in each pane and sheet glass is ground or obscured or frosted, on one side complete all as specified and directed.
